The location is great! Quick walk to the boardwalk and to a beautiful beach. The view from the rooftop terrace was stunning. Tonio was friendly and quick to respond.

- Overall clean and large, ideal for 4 people
- the patio with barbecue was great and provided shelter against the sun in the afternoon
- As the apartment is in the basement it maintains reasonable temperature even in very hot days (with the support of the A/C unit in the living room)
- Great location close to the city center and a dedicated parking lot in the proximity (about 200 m)

We received a lovely warm welcome from our host Miro, who was so friendly and helpful, coming to meet us directly from the bus to escort us to the apartment which was a lovely touch. He also gave excellent recommendations and local info. And was on hand for anything we needed for the duration of our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful villa in the old city. The house has everything and it's very comfortable for 8 people but it would also fit 10.

We loved Villa Zoe! Loved how modern, clean, and easy it was! Our host was very communicate and met us later at the apt. We didn’t want to leave the apt!, and it was in a convenient location near bus station and town. Great deck as well! We will definitely be back!

A quaint little town on the west side of Vis Island, reachable by bus. The pier is nice with great restaurants and lovey beaches nearby. Plenty of tourist agencies to organise your activities. I recommend Pizzeria Charlie in Komiza!! We went there to eat twice and the food, the staff, and the service were 10/10

Beautiful town, loved wandering the small alleys and greeting the local cats(which all looked healthy and taken care of!). Loved Lucica and Gusarica beaches right in the town and if you are up for a hike, Plaža Barjoska beach was lovely too. We didn't do any of the tours from Komiza as we were saving money, and still had a fantastic time. Enjoyed eating at Fabrika (they have plenty of Vegan and Vegetarian options) otherwise was a bit disappointed in the other restaurants. Easy to get to Vis port by bus to then catch the ferry to Split or Hvar (look out for dolphins!).

Fantastic little old town on a mysterious and stunning island of Vis. It is best for families and couples that want to chill and enjoy many small beaches, few bars and few restaurants. It is also great for nature lovers as there are many hiking opportunities, nudist beaches, biking trails, diving, and so on.

Very nice place for holiday, nice restaurants.
Very nice place for holiday, nice restaurants. I recommend lunch at Konoba Koluna. Try komiška pogača (traditional fast food dish) at Tajer. Try nice traditional wine - Plavac or Vugava. Also recommend Amesboat trip to the Biševo island and climbing to the Hum peak.

I have been going to Komiza for 20+ years of and on as a child and now with my own kids. I would highly recommend it to anyone , specially families with kids. It has great beaches. It can get crowded because it has now been discovered by the world ( Mama Mia movie ) and everyone wants to vacation here.
The only thing that bothered me was the large yats that are parked everywhere which does take away from the feeling you are in a small fishing village in Dalmatia and makes it more of a vacation "hot spot" .
At the end, the beauty of Komiza makes it all worthwhile.

We were there in early June before high season.
We were there in early June before high season. It was still quiet in comparison to mid summer according to the locals. We liked it that way!
We ate at Konoba Barba on our last night and it was delicious.
The ice cream at Charlie is delicious and the people generally are very, very friendly!
Perfect location, very close to both restaurants as well as the beach/beaches, but still managed to be really quiet and cozy. The apartment is very clean and fridge was filled with cooled water bottles when we arrived.
Host is super friendly and responds very fast if needed to communicate, we got recommendations for restaurants and help with bus schedule etc which was very appreciated from our side. Super happy with our stay and if we’re back in Komiza we’ll for sure stay here again :)
Probably one of the best location you can get in Komiža, first row old stone buiding with impressive sea view from most of the rooms (we had the smallest acomodation for two persons and view was breathtaking every morning). You can fall asleep with the sound of the waves. The owner Tanja was very polite, the place was very clean. A beach nearby (Lucica) was our favorite place to swim, dive and refresh in nice beach bar with fair prices.
Comfortable and easy. Right across the street from the sea. Christina and Vinko were helpful, kind and gracious hosts. There were homemade dishes for us when we arrived. They helped us with where to go around the island and made phone calls to figure out bus and boat schedules when there was a change due to a holiday. We had a wonderful relaxing stay in Komiza!
Localised in a quiet part of town but in a walking distance to the centre and the largest and very nice beach. Fantastic view from the terrace, green environment. Extreme hospitality and very friendly owners. They will tell you whatever you want to know about the places on the island and they will advise you the services optimal for you.
It was a gorgeous experience all together. Kristina and her husband were so friendly, always willing to help. Apartment is beautiful, clean and we really loved staying there. Bathroom was especially great, I loved the shower! Vis island is adorable and especially Komiža. So it is a really good choice to visit it :)
The apartment was in the center of Komiza, close to the bus station and everything we needed. The location was just a few metres from the restaurants along the harbour, but it was situated in a quite side road and we were not bothered with noice. The bed was very good. Ante and his wife were very nice and helpful.
Unbeatable location - directly opposite Lucica Beach, and a couple minutes from Komiza town. If you get the room with a balcony looking over the sea you'll get sunset views, and listen to the waves while you're in bed.
The host is lovely and had recommendations on beaches and restaurants in the area.
All is nice ! First, the sweet welcome with a piece of local food, the advices to visit Komiza, Vis Island and even around Split. Then, the apartment, the equipment of the apartment, the cleanliness of the apartment, the view from the balcony and the location of the apartment.
Book eyes closed.
Bepi Komiza was an excellent destination! Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, close to everything, far enough from the noisy areas. This place is very comfortable for 4 people and feasible for 6.
Overall - we are very happy with our stay. Thank you - Hvala puno!
The location is great, everything in close- the beach, downtown, facilities... Lorena, the owner, was amazing. Komiža is a beautiful costal city worth visiting over and over again, and Demaria apartment is a perfect place to stay while exploring Vis.
Our host was very accommodating and helpful for us during our entire visit. She communicated proactively and was able to help us find our way to Komiza from Split.
She provided us with helpful suggestions and tips during the rest of our stay.
If I could live in this apartment, I would move away to Komiža this exact moment.
It is absolutely magical, simple, comfortable, on the best location with the best view I’ve seen during all my travels.
Fantastic little apartment. Clean. Equipped with all that was needed. Excellent location. Parking for car a plus! Thank you! Hope to stay here again the next time we are in Komiza!
Great little apartment, very clean and neat, great location, in the very center of the old part of Komiža, very fast responces via messages from the host(s)
