Absolutely fabulous. Very modern, clean and spacious. Rooms are great , lovely bathroom and balcony with side sea view. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful . I had requested in writing 2 days before my arrival a lower floor as I am uncomfortable with elevators but unfortunately they could not accommodate me and said that they upgraded me to a better room but on the 9 th floor and assured me that their elevators were very safe. I was fine with that and felt very comfortable in their modern ,efficient elevators. Their swimming pools were amazing with a great sea view. We had dinner served to us by the pool and used both the outdoor pool ( a bit too cold) and the warmer indoor pool. Across the street is a great accessible beach with ramps and wide stairs for people with accessibility problems and I benefited from that tremendously. The sea was lovely . The beach is quite rocky on the one side but then there is that accessible part with big umbrellas and benches. I had my own little beach chair but were too late for the umbrellas but we still enjoyed a great day at the beach. We had a great dinner at the restaurant the last night and truly enjoyed the food and service.

We really enjoyed the spa facilities which were well kept. The staff was super friendly and the food at the restaurant was good too. The location is a bit outside of the city center but we took a quick taxi into town which was fine.

The property was clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was a bit away from the center but still close enough. It was a goods nights sleep away from all the noise. The staff was super friendly!

The owner is exceptionally hospitable, warm, and attentive, making you feel less like a hotel guest and more like a friend welcomed into someone’s home. Everything was absolutely perfect: the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, the cleanliness, the well-maintained rooms, and, above all, the incredibly comfortable bedding. Honestly, I slept so well that I felt as if I were sleeping in my own bed! The breakfast was fantastic, with an excellent variety of choices to suit different tastes. Every detail contributed to a comfortable, relaxing, and truly enjoyable stay. What makes a place special is not just the accommodation itself, but the people and the feeling they leave you with. Hotel Elu Iris certainly delivers on both. Thank you once again for your wonderful hospitality and for making my stay so pleasant. Perfect place for families. 3 swimming pools, (kids heated), indor kids areas also very nice. Overall very pleasant staff! Wonderful food!

Wonderful location in the middle of the historic old town, large and beautiful room, excellent breakfast. We had a great stay at Heritage Hotel San Lucia while in Split for the marathon. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for the race -- easy walk to the start/finish, and they opened breakfast early for us runners.

Super fresh, modern and clean

The location is amazing. We booked the triple room with a partial sea view. The sea view was better than expected. The bathroom was small but perfectly adequate. The beds comfortable. We loved the location.

a quiet location at walking distance to the bustling old town (1.2-3 km). The building is well maintained, nice design, large rooms, nice view from the balcony (6th floor). Staff is very, very nice and helpful! Free parking is a big plus.
