The property was beautiful, gorgeous views of the sea, secluded bay on the island, stunning rooms, accessibility to free bikes to ride into town, and a great private beach. We arrived in beautiful Korčula, and thought we could walk to the hotel. 20 minutes later, we asked for directions. As luck would have it, we asked the perfect person, Ivana, who works at the Reception/Front Desk of the Amines Port 9 Resort! Not only did Ivana help us get back on track, which meant going back to the port and taking a water taxi, she also helped everyone into the water taxi, which she was also taking. Ivana then escorted us to the Reception, the smile never once leaving her face, and left us in the hands of her colleague, all well before her scheduled shift was to begin. She is a gem, and it is this kind of service that one remembers, and often sets the tone of the guest's experience. We will most definitely recommend Amines Port 9 Resort. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, there is a wide variety of breakfast choices, the rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the infinity pool is relaxing and the bar well stocked, there is entertainment for all ages, and most of all, they have a kind and caring staff.

We loved the our visit to the Fabris Inn - right in the heart of Korcula! The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we loved sitting outside by the town square. The room was lovely, and the bathroom was large and luxurious (bath products were exceptional).

The location was in the heart of Old Town and around the corner from an amazing restaurant for coffee and breakfast. I also heard a live musician playing beautiful covers in the square just downstairs one night.

We stayed in apartment 1 up one flight of stairs, 2 bedrooms with a sunny patio overlooking a quaint garden and an incredible view of the sea! Out the window you will see a small beach just footsteps away. Beautiful area to swim. The host was amazing, so helpful and available. When you stay there make sure you say Hi to Tommy and Gerry (the turtles in the garden). We took the wine tour which was nice but if you are looking for something more intimate, try checking in with the owner at The Corner Wine Store which is literally on a corner in old town. Helpful hink when doing laundry... remember to wait 2 minutes before trying to open the door, if you don't it won't open up. Our host told us this but we forgot. Look forward to coming back.
