We are very satisfied with this accomodation. For us it's on a great location - beautiful beach is just a few minutes away with it's long walking road so we could also explore places around Podaca. Even though apartment is not big, we had everything we needed. It is very neat and clean, and hosts are kind and caring. If you mind that house is near main road, choose room with a garden view. Price-quality ratio: excellent!

The hosts, Vesna and Željko, are very warm and friendly people, they welcomed us and served us their own rakia, one made from grape, the other with cherries, they are just delicious! The studio we stayed in is small, but enough for a family with one child. It is very clean, on the second floor, and you have beautiful view of the sea and Old village Podaca, situated on the slopes of the Biokovo mountain. In the mornings, the terrace is in shade, so it's perfect for sipping your coffee, before you go to the beach. Two beaches are very close to the apartments - Ravanja and Podaca II, about 5 minutes walk. Also, just across the apartments is the children's playground, football and basketball courts, it is very convenient if you have children. In addition, a grocery story, exchange office, and a bakery are all within 2 minutes walk from the apartments.

Relatively close to beach (100 m). Two totaly separated rooms. Really nice sea water..The landlady was very kind and helped us with useful info, although sometimes communication was challenging.
