Great hotel, very modern, room beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff was wonderful Ivana helped us organizing tours, she gave us wonderful suggestions for dinner and excursions and she always greeted us with her beautiful smile. Breakfast was good and Marjo cheered up our days while welcoming us at the restaurant and serving us breakfast. Great job everybody. Highly recommended.

I was celebrating my brithday and found a cake an card in the room once I returned saying happy birthday, I really appreciated that so thank you. The 2 bedroom was very spacious and nice. Breakfast was really good with plentiful options.

Reception was open for 24 hours which worked for us really well when we needed an emergency place to stay after we evacuated from our previous accommodation due to wild fire. Breakfast buffet had great options and we were able to stay and enjoy the facilities even after checking out.

A beautiful, quiet medieval fortress city on the beautiful coastline in the Croatian island chain. Prices are a bit higher than mainland cities, but if you’re looking to kick back and relax after exploring what they have to offer, Hvar is a great choice.

The old town is picturesque like a postcard but also pretty small. I would definitely not recommend in high season unless you enjoy big crowds. I visited in low season and it was doable. Especially between 7 and 10 am before the groups with guides drop in everywhere... A couple of hours is sufficient to pick up the vibes of the town.

Tučepi is a beachtown just south of Makarska, which, in peak season, has a reputation for being busy. In September things appear to be a bit more relaxed. There is a large number of very good restaurants along the extended riviera and excellent accomodations. Besides its own great beachesa and restaurants, it is a great central location from which to explore neighboring towns and inland spots. Our favorite restaurants were Barba Restoran, Bokun, Restaurant Kamena.

A beautiful seaside town with a wonderful atmosphere! Makarska is a charming and cosy town surrounded by breathtaking nature! Crystal-clear sea, majestic mountains, pine trees along the coast, beautiful beaches and a lovely promenade. The local cuisine is another highlight — delicious Mediterranean dishes, fresh fish and seafood. The people are incredibly friendly, welcoming and hospitable. We visited in the second half of October and thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, warm sunshine, fresh sea air and relaxing walks. We loved absolutely everything about Makarska! It left us with wonderful memories, and we would happily return!

It's a quieter location than downtown Split but only a short...

It's a quieter location than downtown Split but only a short bus journey away so accessing Split and the ferries to the islands is easy There is a well laid out path along the coast with access to bars & marinas You could if you felt inclined walk the 9 km into split but the bus is a better choice We ate out every night and never had a bad experience

Crystal clear water and you can see straight to the bottom even when it’s deep. The water is so clean it’s almost unreal, like swimming in a giant natural pool. If you love pristine beaches and amazing water quality, this place is absolutely worth it.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ The only downsides are that getting into the water can be a bit tricky since it’s rocky rather than sandy beaches. Also, the supermarkets have very limited options - even the biggest one doesn’t have much variety if you’re planning to cook during your stay.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

A perfect mix of beautiful sea and high mountains.

A perfect mix of beautiful sea and high mountains. It is very nice to have pebble beach and sandy beach in town - each one gives you a different experience. The rafting on Cetina River is a must. It is great for family experience, even if your kids are as little as 6-7 yrs old. Split and Makarska are easily accessible by bus and you can spend a day there, without worrying about parking. I think Omis is a good choice for families with (not so little) kids.

Beautiful area about 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Split old town. Lots of very good restaurants and bars, beautiful selection of beaches and historic buildings. A quite place for people looking for romantic, beautiful place to enjoy and chill out. Highly recommend

Vrboska is a lovely little village\Harbour, picturesque...

Vrboska is a lovely little village\Harbour, picturesque views everywhere, usually quiet but can be more lively during the evening but never noisey. Excellent links to other parts of the island via bus or car and Ferry links are close by to the mainland from Split. There's a reason we have been back 5 times!
