good location, close to the sea, in a good place if you are planning to visit Plitvice and Krka falls, close to zadar, two nearby supermarkets, nice sunset. the house has everything needed, the rooms are spacious, two baths, has a microwave and a washing mashine. the owner is VERY nice.

Not only was the included breakfast extensive & delicious, that restaurant provided affordable & delicious lunch and dinner with charming & helpful servers. We walked down the stairs from our room directly onto the waterfront & snorkeled before breakfast in the super-clean, clear water. The historic fortress above the town was a few minutes' drive and there was an incredible sunset while we were exploring it. The hotel is very clean.

The hotel is in a very nice area and has access to a great beach. It also offers lots of activities for its guests during the day. The pools seemed nice, but since we were there off season, we didn't swim.
