The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The surroundings were very quiet and you were greeted by birds.
The breakfast was very good and you have a good diversity (i loved their sausages, their omelette, their cappuccino and donuts and filled croissants)
The pool was another good option when you couldn't stay at the beach.
Again I loved that the staff was very friendly and you could have a talk with them.
Our room was looking very good and it was clean.
Enough parking spaces.
I've also liked the fact that they have bikes for rental although time didn't allow me to rent one maybe next time.

It provides a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Our trip to Croatia centered around the beach and this hotel was very close to a beach with sandbars. There is also a ropes park in walking distance. The hotel pool was perfect to relax when the beach got crowded or too hot. At a reasonable extra cost, an airport shuttle is also available, as well as tours that have pickup and drop off from the hotel, so you don't have to drive to Zadar for a meeting spot.

I shared some wonderful homemade wine with the owner one evening by the pool, and he never asked any payment for it. The pool was exceptional. The air conditioning worked wonderfully. The beach was very close. There's a restaurant/bar and small market within reasonable walking distance (15 minutes max). There's not much to do in Kozino, but we actually liked that! A nice, quiet destination, good for families with small children.

Was looking for a place to spend the night and the staff (Ivona) was really friendly and helpful with all her advices and information. I really enjoyed the sea view from my apartment and just relaxing on the sun terrace by the pool. If you have time, take a walk from Kozino to Petrcane, there is a lovely hidden road just next to the property. I recommend this to everyone!KumaloSouth Africa

We were so happy to have had such a good time! I think the apartment is the best choice in the area of Kožino!

Private parking for 5€/day (not sure if they really have to charge for it as it’s on a gravel behind the hotel but good to have parking secured in a peak season) Pool looked quite good but quite busy with lot of kids around. The owner seemed to look for solution but as the hotel was completely booked out, didn’t really manage to do much.
