A simple hotel with nice but plain rooms but with a wonderful view of the old town across the canal. The staff were friendly enough and the place was clean. A bit of a walk to the upper floors but not a problem unless you are physically challenged.

Great location for one night before flying out, with a rental car that needed a place to park. Decent breakfast. Very close walk across bridge for dinner and a stroll in Trogir, which was the real highlight. One of our favourite days in Croatia.

Trogir was a beautiful coastal town- a mini Venice with winding alley ways and independent shops and restaurants. We ate a few times here trying out many of the fab restaurants.
Would definitely recommend coming here, you will not be disappointed.

Old Town Trogir was an old city in the Venetian style, an much smaller than Split, but with many restaurant and bar options on the waterfront. It was also only about 10 minutes from the Split airport, so it is a great place to stay the night before you leave, or if you arrive late at night.

Trogir centre is a classic old Mediterranean town with well preserved architecture which in my view rises well above its modern touristification. It is also a big marine centre. In summer though it gets choked with traffic, come by bus (or ferry from Split in summer only) if you can. There is a frequent bus service from Split and Split airport every day.

Trogir is a small town with a couple of things to see in the very center - the old town. It's small enough that you can just walk around and see everything. We ate burgers at Big Mom's - they were good.

Trogir is a gorgeous historic town and we enjoyed every minute of our too brief stay. would seriously consider using it as a base for our next trip to Croatia.
Lots of lovely restaurants and bars, and stunning historical buildings
The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The furniture as well as the tile and wood floor was very nice. The air conditioning was very efficient. This is half-way through our vacation, so it was great to have laundry facilities. The set-up makes it feel very private. It would have been the perfect for a longer stay and as a base to explore other parts of Croatia. It is close to old town Trogir, supermarkets and bakeries. We also chanced upon truffles in the nearby fresh market that are half the price one would pay in Split.
The owner Ivan & her sister were amazing! Due to construction of the parking lot nearest to the city wall, they helped us in & out of our stay with our luggage. Loved the perfect location. We went to Split while there and were soooo glad we had chosen to stay in Trogir. The island had great restaurants at the sea side.
We were so happy we stayed in this tastefully renovated 13th/14th building in a gorgeous old city! Due yourself a favor if you are coming to Trogir or Split, stay in the Palace Central Square!
Beautiful and clean apartment, stunning view, close to the beach and a shop. Fully furnished and equipped. A balcony with beautiful view over the sea with hanging hammock char and plenty of space to sit, drink coffee and enjoy the landscape.
The host responded very prompt & fast to the raised issues (reported slow internet at the evening - next day in the morning the ISP technician arrived and fixed the problem). The host speaks croatian & german. Lot of parking space at the property. Very quiet place.
Everything was amazing! I strongly recommend this hotel. It’s the best one since we arrived in Croatia 10 days ago. The hostess at the reception gave us good recommendations on what to do around. At our arrival, they gave us welcoming drinks and a platter of cheese and prosciutto. The room was spacious, the climatisation worked great. The shower was nice. The free breakfast in the morning was so good. It was fresh and various. The waitress was very nice! I wish we could have stayed longer.
This is a beautifully decorated and spacious apartment- it compared favorably with some of the expensive hotels we stayed at during our visit to Croatia. The house is set in a lovely garden with olive and lemon trees. The family was incredibly kind and helpful, picking us up (for a small fee) from the ferry port in Split and then dropping us at the airport in the morning. We just wished we had been able to stay longer!
It is situated on the Riva, a waterside promenade which serves as Trogir’s living-room. This is a place to stroll and admire the yachts and small cruise line ships moored there, see the marine traffic in the channel, people watch, and to walk your dog, if you have one. The hotel has a cafe/cocktail bar in front with comfortable seating. Breakfast takes place there in the morning, allowing you to enjoy the Riva.
This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are slightly old-fashioned Croatian style with lots of wood, but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a small buffet and a choice of eggs - they made me a delicious omelette. The ladies who run the hotel and look after breakfast are really friendly and helpful. it’s also great to have the outdoor bar right in front - it’s my favourite in Trogir.
Charming, historic, family-run hotel in a truly enchanting UNESCO location. Loved staying here in summer 2022. The staff was very friendly and professional. They went above-and-beyond to answer our questions and help with our requests. Feel lucky to have stayed in this special place. It's a part of deep history, just to walk the "streets" in Trogir. Will definitely stay here again.
Great location, easy short walk to restaurants, bars, beaches and supermarkets. The apartment was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed including a fantastic view. The surrounding area is beautiful, we were very impressed with Trogir, Duga, Okrug Gornji and Krka I will come back to explore more of Croatia and would be happy to book accommodation with Alison again.
Everything was flawless at villa paula, the breakfast, location, room, pool all fantastic, the view. I have never stayed in a hotel so clean. They even sorted us out a late check out which meant we weren't wasting our last day hanging about. I will be recommending villa paula to all my friends who plan to visit Croatia. Massive thank you to all the staff and Ivana .
Superb location in the middle of the old town of Trogir. The building itself is full of charm, with a long history! Despite being in the old town, it is very quiet and our sleep was tranquil. Our stay was made even more enjoyable as it was a pleasure to talk with the host and learn more about Croatia, Trogir and so much more. We would highly recommend this place.
This beachfront hotel is family owned and operated, and impeccably maintained. Located less than 30 minutes from must-see Trogir, it is quiet and filled with charm. Wonderful outdoor patios for breakfast and dining. Accommodating staff who made the extra effort to make us feel welcome.
The breakfast was the best one of our trip to Croatia! You have so many healthy and delicious options. Really appreciate the cooked to order eggs. The bed was probably some of the most comfortable beds ever! The pool had an amazing view but north-facing so you don't get full sun.
Excellent location, room was very well done with quality fixtures and it was a very clean room. While we had to checkout at 11, the host allowed us to use wonderful outdoor sitting for our work until late. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Trogir old town.
Lovely boutique hotel with views of the marina and close to the Old Town of Trogir. Beautifully decorated and very clean rooms . Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel also offers a very good restaurant. Parking is at a cost in a nearby carpark.
The hotel is fantastic and in a great location to explore Trogir. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and vegetables, a great way to start the day. We would highly recommend staying here.
The Staff was very friendly, service was beyond our expectation !
Breakfast ,for the price was very good! Fresh and delicous, a good energy bump for every day.
The Vila ("Hotel") is just 2 minutes from the old city of Trogir, the view is outstanding.
It was a beautiful hotel in an ancient building right in the middle of the medieval town of Trogir. An extravagant breakfast in the courtyard that hosts a wonderful restaurant, as well.
The rooms were gorgeous and elegant. The staff was perfect.
Very friendly hosts, great location, the apartments themselves are not impressive, but the most important thing in Croatia is the terrace :)
Further from the street, but only about 100 m to the beach. The beach is quiet, not many people.
Definitely a 5 star boutique hostel, best in Croatia, amazingly comfortable, hotel like toilets, walk in showers, great design, very central, spotless cleanliness, with great staff. My absolute recommendation!!!!!
