Precise booking, reception service, and always smiling and helpful staff. They let me one more hour delay with the checkout as a bonus. I received exactly the room I requested. The breakfast was very nice with hot and cold options including some pastries and three kinds of pate.

It was clean, there were outside blinds on the windows so we had complete darkness, the facilities were great. Even though we were the only ppl checking in that day, the host made sure to be there and have everything set up.

I arrived too late (delay with my flight) and could not check-in which was understandable. But it was quite a strugle to get in the room since nobody was there. Luckily the key was in a lock box at the gate. The next morning I could not check-in because nobody was there. The room was clean when I arrived but it was not cleaned for the three nights when I stayed there and I did not get any clean towels.
