The staff were lovely and attentive, going above and beyond to take care of whatever we asked for. When they noticed we weren’t into the sports channels on in the restaurant the chef/bartender found a station that showed sights from all over Ireland, and the kindness went on.

The location was great - I walked with my luggage from the train station. I had a wonderful dinner (vegetarian) in the dining room and then took a walk down to King John's castle to explore the area. It felt very safe and it was wonderful to walk along the river. I hope to return and highly recommend this small, friendly hotel.
