Check-in was very efficient and friendly. The room was very clean. It was small but laid out well. The beds were very comfortable.

The parking garage was too small to maneuver comfortably and safely.

what we have been pleasantly surprised that the staff were all too polite and well trained.

we chose this hotel because it looks great in pictures, but in reality was not so, the room was quite small, the bathroom was old. for how much I paid I expected better ...

The area is very calm and safe. The room is good and the breakfast is excellent. Fruit plate on the arrival date. The staff is friendly and very helpful It is about 15-20 min walk to the Old City (Jaffa Gate) The shopping street Manilla is on the way

it's cold during the night, so you need to use airconditioner for warming the room. The suite for 4 people is rather small, when the sofa is unfolded there is no space left.

It was cold in the night, and there were no extra-blankets in the ward- robe - as it is usual in other hotels.

When coming to Jerusalem on my own, I always book at the Prima Royale. I like the location, the breakfasts are lovely, the rooms are small but clean, and fully eqipped with ammenities, and the price is great.

We like the location it was close to Ben Yehudah and other places. I got sick while we were there and the hotel was very helpful locating a doctor for me and he came pretty soon.

that night the doctor suggested I don't go out for dinner stay he said. so we ordered from downstairs and I told the waitress I wanted soup and it should be hot and I also ordered quiche, well the soup wasn't hot at all and the quiche was also cold and not edible, we also ordered israeli salad and it came with 2 big slices of avocado, the avocado was hard right a rock you could't even slice it, the only thing we could eat which was freshly made was french fries which was hot.

Good location for our purpose.

The gentleman at the front desk should keep him opinion of religion to himself.

I arrived very late on Saturday night/Sunday morning and was pleased to find a clean and beautifully appointed room. It was a welcome bit of quiet space after a fairly hectic albeit celebratory Bar Mitzvah I had been to elsewhere. I was able to dump my bags and fall blissfully aslep right away. The Night Porter was very helpful in pre-booking my taxi to the airport there and then for departure later that day. The 7th floor has some fabulous views of Jerusalem and is a nice extra. I welcomed the touch of fresh fruit and bottled water. The chocs were yummy too although i only sampled them. It really felt luxurious and was good value. I was able to put my modestly small baggage into storage so i could take a short walk in Jerusalem prior to my taxi's arrival. This was a great extra service. The piano at breakfast was charmingly retro and the buffet was spectacular. .

All good really and little to be unhappy about. The spa closed though quite early and only opened in the late afternoon again. I might have considered a treatment otherwise. I might have thought sound-proofing a better idea. I clearly heard snoring later in the night from an adjacent room. They might consider fitting hydraulic closers on doors. The echoey corridors make banging doors by late guests sound much louder. In the morning, although not that early, i could hear a very impassioned conversation outside my room and possibly between a guest and a room maid - i realise this might be hard to control and it might have been anyone chatting - but the doors did seem thin enough for the lively banter to disturb.

The room was modern, and the bathroom was also very up to date. The breakfast was an outstanding feast.

The reception staff were not too friendly, and at my check out when I handed in the 2 keys and waited to be told that all was finished, the female clerk without looking up just said "You can go" No thank you or good bye or see you again

The courtesy of the staff, in particular Mr. Majdi at the front desk for being so polite, attentive and reliable. The staff in general do their utmost to meet your needs.

Gym does not open before 0700, especially in the summertime. The gym facilites are not in good condition. Should be 1 big mirror on wall in gym instead of the little ones.

Great location, very nice hotel and great location, service (for Israel) was very good, less expensive then many other nearby options

Buffet breakfast was Ok, but not amongst the better ones on my trip to Israel

The beautiful gourmet breakfasts. And the tolerance of the man running breakfast if you were a bit late!! The piano at breakast was wonderful and the instrumental performances in the late afternnon / evening give a very special tone to the hotel, a quality and character. Many staff at reception were so very kind and helpful Especially the kind fellow the morning I arrivered so early and exhausted from travel. And Moses imparitcular was very helpful and understanding. I enjoyed my stay.

I needed to use the comunal computer room as I had no laptop with me . It was important that I could kep in contact with family and travel plan changes. The computers had significant problems and need to be fixed. ie you could not forward or reply to emails or roll down proprly to read them. Very limited functions were working and it did not fit the quaity of the rest of the hotel services

Hotel room was a bit small, and dated; but clean and comfortably bed. I went during Apr, so it was a bit chilly on some days, and the heat didn't seem to be strong enough. The room can get cold during the evening. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, they are knowledgable about the area and is always willing to help. The buffet was fabulous!!! It has very very good selections of different kinds of food (local and european/american) and plenty of fruit. Location of the hotel is very convenient. We can pretty much walk everywhere easily.

Not enough heat.

We found the violin and harp music in the lobby so very enjoyable. The lobby was also welcoming and allowed for guests to meet each other in a most relaxing and warm environment. The breakfast was great!

Bel hôtel tout confort, bon déjeuner, très bonne literie. Quartier calme, à l'écart de l'agitation du centre (10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville).
