Nice place nestled in nature.
Nice place nestled in nature. The places to see are constantly repeated in most travel web sites and blogs. The highlight was the visit to the golden temple at Kushalnagar and the drive to talacauvery temple. Raja seats was crowded, so was the market. The weather was mostly pleasant. Would recommend a two day stay to see everything in Madikeri as well as Kushalnagar. Don’t forget to indulge in local cuisine while at Madikeri from Coorg Cuisine .

Madikeri is a great place to be laid back and chill out.
Madikeri is a great place to be laid back and chill out. It is a good escape from city environments and plan to stay for 1 day if single or couple or a couple of days if a group, in case you already visited the tourist spots. If you have not, you can cover it all in a maximum of 3 days, unless you wish to relax more.

The room is quite economical and specifically preferred for families. There are 2 double beds in the room, a small kitchen with sufficient utensils, water purifier, fridge, hot water and smart TV with Netflix, Amazon prime and other apps. Host is helpful in nature and had given clear instructions as required for the stay here. Would prefer to stay here in the future as well.

But Coorg wilderness resort outshines all of it. The word excellent is insufficient to describe the resort. The best highlights are the location, food including dinner and breakfast. Also to note the staff are highly trained, kind and the best I have come across so far. I have to agree Paul John resorts have maintained excellent quality in all aspects.
