The staff response was exceptional. Just a call and they are there at any time to provide you any assistance. The place is located in such a way where you can relax and not bothered about anything. If you need wifi and networks other than Jio then it’s not a right place. If you’re carrying a dongle along then you will enjoy the hospitality to the core. Very understanding and friendly staff. The Parison Plantation Experience is a fantastic place to getaway from India's busy cities and enjoy a relaxed and scenic stay in the Keralan countryside. The hotel manager, Benoi, was a brilliant host and the food at the resort was incredible. One evening it was just myself and my wife staying at the resort so the staff asked us if we had any special food requests and the chef prepared some speciality dishes for us to try, which included using fresh produce from within the tea plantation. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

The rooms were very clean, very comfortable, and the staff was so amazing. They were extremely accommodating and very friendly. They were always at our door step whenever we need something, The view was breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience at the Organic Farm. Starting from the check-in and until the check-out everything was so perfect!! And everything was supervised under a very friendly manager. Last but not least, the FOOD was so good!! I would like to recommend this place. You must visit this place at least once in your lifetime!!
