The mountains, the vineyards, the surrounding beauty of the countryside all around was spectacular! A must is to tour the via del Proseco - the cafes and small restaurants along the way were amazing - the menu's were all unique and did not disappoint with local specialties. We took the train from Venice to Vittorio Veneto - took less than an hour. Twelve Euros for the ticket. The train was very comfortable, clean and FAST! There is a bus route that you can take through Vittorio Veneto. A must is to visit the 'old' ancient section of the city (of note is the importance of the historical significance of Vittorio Veneto during WWI) and then to the newer, modern areas surrounded by vineyards.

Very quiet, beautiful scenery and a lovely place to stay. Huge bed which was comfortable, air-con, TV and an equipped kitchenette. Great views of the mountains. Hotel is small and friendly, the owner took us for a drive around the old town pointing out places of interest, and restaurants for our evening meal. The following day he drove us up the hill to the church, so we could visit the church, take in the views, and walk back down to the village. Hotel service gets a 10+ for going above and beyond with top service.

Was easy to communicate with the owners and arrange check in and check out. The rooms are super clean and very well equipped. Breakfast was wonderful, local cheeses and house meat delicates. We traveled with our child, he really enjoyed it, there is a playground and plenty or room for kids to play in the guarden and the surrounding wine yards. The home wines were wonderful!
