12 points go to Hosts :-) We really appreciate Diego's help in meeting our needs and his suggestions on sightseeing. Thanks to Antonio, we were able to eat delicious cornetti and have a cappucino in the local bar in Zaccanopoli the first morning. The apt. was very spacious with airconditionpend much time in it during the day as we were traveling around. Suprise, suprise...there was wifi! A nice suprise having in mind that "no wifi" is stated in booking.com description :-)

The farm was born from the Mazzitelli family passion for tradition in 1998. Due to its geographical location, the farm allows to get close not only an 'agriculture and a kitchen full of traditional products of the highest quality but also landscapes tour with breathtaking views. Among the most popular local food resources and valued in the company definitely we find excellence as the 'extra virgin olive oil, beans, meats, a wide variety of wine products, in addition to the extraordinary predominance of dairy products and cheeses elite including the most appreciated and recognized in the area, pecorino del Monte Poro. This happens in just 7 km to the farm Caridà, where the slopes of Monte Poro reaching to the Caribbean sea of ​​the Tyrrhenian sea, Tropea pearl. The farm Caridà strikes, in fact, for landscapes, some of which are inaccessible, green and quaint, others characterized by the presence of steep mills, crystal clear streams and fabulous forests inhabited, however, by some protected species.
The variability of the territory, corresponding to the different ownership of land, from the sea to the mountains, they find many natural products including beans Zaccanopoli and Caria, the Joppolo almonds, nduja Spilinga, the red onion, l ' extra virgin olive oil, truffles from Pizzo, Pecorino Zaccanopoli (Monte Poro), Amaro del Capo, the many wines Calabresi, dried figs in spreaders and many kinds of pasta the so-called "Strangugghi", "tagghiarini "and" Fileja ".
