Central apartment, comfortable, quiet, bright, available square with paid parking at 10 m from the apartment; 400 meters from Piazza Duomo / Via Etnea and 300 meters from Piazza Massimo. Typical Sicilian breakfast available on request, 5 euros per person. We are next to the historic Palazzo Biscari and Palazzo della Cultura, which often hosts cultural events such as exhibitions and concerts. A stone's throw from the fish market of Catania and some historical pubs of Catania nightlife. Bus stop within walking distance (Piazza Paolo Borsellino) to reach neighboring areas (eg Etna, Aci Castello, Aci Trezza, Syracuse); Central station within walking distance. (eg Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Syracuse). In the city there is also the car sharing service Enjoy to be able to move freely.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a historic building without elevator, has a fully equipped kitchen and is equipped with all comforts, bedroom with double bed and living room with the possibility of using a sofa bed for two singles. The room and the living room are connected by an opening without a door, as you can see from the photos. The square below has unattended pay parking. Ideal place for those who want to spend some days between art, history, tradition and the nightlife of Catania.
