LOVED our brief but pleasant stay here. Great location and on-site parking is a plus. Massimo, the night clerk, became my personal hero. He got us checked in, heated a baby bottle, juggled several cars to make sure our parking was secure, and carried my bag up a few flights of stairs all with a smile. What a warm, friendly, incredibly hard-working ambassador he is - we were lucky to meet him and he made our stay extra pleasant. Cute little cafe right across the street, too!
