Location, close to the train station
Noisy and they wanted to clean the rooms at 8am!? :-)
Sea view balcony & evening views across the bay to the Amalfi Coast.
Bed Mattress a little hard.
Very close to the railway station. Staff were very helpful.
After the cleaners had been in they left the window (door size and on the first floor) to the street wide open. Not sure for how long but presumably all day. Nothing missing and we told management, they were unconcerned...said it was safe. Otherwise no problems.
The manager is rude, the hotel is disgustingly dirty, the walls are very thing which means a lot of noise at night, the hotel is over-priced for what it is. There are much nicer hotels in the area (Garden Hotel). In summary don't go!
Location Breakfast Coffee Polity staff
Location near Napoli Centrale and Scappanapoli, surprisingly quiet
1-2 m2 extra would not harm...
Hotel placement-near to Garibaldi Central Station and Alibus stop to the airport; Decent-sized and clean rooms- bed sheets were changed every day; Good breakfast; Overall liked the hotel, not so much the staff
Had a problem with the AC on the first day, was promised it would be fixed, but didn't. Instead, the staff at the front desk said that there would be no problem in us changing rooms. Then, we were passed for 2 days from one member of staff to another until I insisted for a new room. They always said "tomorrow, tomorrow". So, be prepared for a little hustle if you have the same problem.
The hotel was good. Clean, friendly personel etc. Location close to the central station of Napels.
The area of the hotel is not recommended in my opinion. Lot of street vendors and poor people who ask for money.
Location was very good. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent value for the money
the location is very good. 5 minutes on foot to central station.
The staff in reception can't speak English.
Nie hotel in same block as two restaurants, just opposite the railway station
Cheap, value for money, close to the train station in case of visiting Sorrento, Capri, Pompei. Good restaurants close. Staff friendly.
Square Garibaldi is a risky area, you should pay attention while walking or crossing it.
close to the airport, to the center, nice breakfast
quite noisy in the morning, not sure if it was coming from the hotel guests or cleaning ladies, but I was not able to sleep later than to 8.
Very friendly staff and good breakfast
Tasty Coffe and croasant for breakfast, close to Napoli central station. Restaurant buffalo and bakery close to the hotel were great.
Breakfast is terible, we were 6 days and each day was the same. We were in more than 20 hotels in Italy, and we used on poor breakfast but this is one was the worst ever. Mould in the beathroom. Unpleasant surrounding in the evening.
Very good location, frendly and helpfull staff, good price.
close to the station
Stuff, breakfast, rooms are completely ok.
The floor and tables were very dirty, towels looked already used by someone.
Everything was in the hotel for a citytrip.
It was located very close to the station which was handy...the street/ area is a bit rough but no one bothered us and this area of Naples is known for this. Rooms & breakfast were basic but nice to get a free coffee/ pastry. Staff were helpful when asked.
It was very noisy!!! You could hear everything from the street which annoyed me. The room seemed to have a slightly damp smell.
The staff were generally very helpful and friendly. Most spoke at least some English. The location is convenient for travel outside Naples, but not so good for getting to the main areas in Naples for restaurants and shopping (this should be much improved when the metro is finished). The local area is a bit rough, but we never felt in any danger, and the hotel is secure.
This is a cheap hotel and reasonably good value for money, but the photographs on the website make it look significantly better than it is. In particular the breakfast is poor compared to the photo.
