Everything was great! The host Rita made us feel like at home. Also helped with a little surprise for my husband’s 30th birthday, arranged a room with balloons. Everything was included - parking, breakfast, jacuzzi, pool, laundry machine, 2 bottles of water, great value for the price!!! Everything was great, thank you!

Our host Roberto went above and beyond! He picked us up from the train station, offered to take us to the market, made dinner reservations for us on arrival, and returned us to the train station in the morning! We don't speak Italian but he spoke a little bit of English and with Google Translate we made it work quite well. The biggest bonus of this booking was the AMAZING VIEWS! It is WAY up overlooking Varenna and Lake Como. I have no idea how you would get there without transport from Roberto but thankfully that seems to be part of the package. There is a kitchen, a small sitting area, a queen bed, and two twin bunk beds, and a private washing machine which worked well for our family of four. I thought I might not sleep great because the beds seemed a little uncomfortable when I laid down that night but I slept like a rock. I would return to this spot in a heartbeat just for the lovely outdoor patio and view of the area.
