My husband Nycolas and I wanted to start our journey as a young family in one of the most beautiful cities in Italy, Florence! Having been a hotel manager for a few years, not by case, we decided to run an activity that would allow us to share and exchange our experiences, passions and love of this city with those who honor us by choosing to stay in our Residence.

Property info

We are on the second floor no elevator, so just 20 steps! Just renovated with nice and classic atmosphere with a quiet patio where you can enjoy a drink, eat, read a book or just relax after a big day walking. All rooms have their ensuite bathroom, beside the Single room that has it's own private bathroom but just outside the room. Our self Check-in system will facilitate your arrival and will allow you to make your stay in Florence more peaceful and safe.

Neighborhood info

Situated in the heart of Florence, in the San Lorenzo market area. The Residence is just 3 blocks from the Santa Maria Novella train station and Fortezza da Basso, the centre of all events in the city. Only a few minutes walk from the famous Duomo, the Cappelle Medicee, the Accademia and Uffizi museums, and all main attractions of Florence.
