The location was good in the heart of Menaggio, right at the lake side and within walking distance from the ferry and bus stops. The hotel was lovely, not too big, the views were good and the rooftop jaccuzzi was lovely.

The location is a bit out of the way, but a pleasant downhill walk into town. The staff is lovely and accommodating, and communicates well, whichever the language. I had a wonderful view from my balcony, and the room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were great - homemade pasta was a highlight. And Paolo offered to meet me at the Ferry dock with my luggage, so I could make another excursion unencumbered. Way above & beyond the call of duty!
