Torlonia Rooms is a 160 sqm guesthouse and is located just 300 meters from the Policlinico stop of the Metro line B in a quiet and peaceful street of Art Nouveau villas built at the beginning of the 1900s. The structure is easily reachable from the Termini railway station via the metro line B (just two stops) or Tiburtina station and from the airport by bus shuttle or the Leonardo express train (only from Fiumicino) The apartment has been recently renovated and the rooms inside are spacious, comfortable, air conditioned and equipped with TV and WIFI. The bathrooms are private and outside the rooms. Torlonia rooms leases the rooms as a short-term rental, therefore personal services are not provided ( breakfast, laundry etc..) The host who lives in the structure will welcome you for an unforgettable stay in Rome!
The residential Nomentano district develops around Via Nomentana and the neoclassical Villa Torlonia, an English-style park and museums including Mussolini's Bunker and the fairy-tale Casina delle Civette, dating back to 1840. In addition to embassies and universities, near Piazza Bologna are concentrated pastry shops, bistrò, shops, bars and informal cafés.
