This a stylish, recently renovated apartment (May 2023), in a great location a few minutes walk from St Mark’s Basilica. The air conditioning works well, an absolute must-have in Venice. It has access to a tiny rooftop terrace, which is handy for my wife, who is a smoker. Someone came every day to tidy the apartment when we were out, which was an unexpected bonus (thank you!). It’s small and there’s no kitchenette, but that wasn’t an issue as we are a couple and were only there for 3 nights. (I expect most people won’t be cooking while they are in Venice)

It was much larger than expected! We loved the air conditioning, the comfortable large bed, smart tv, laundry machine, large clean bathroom and the terrace. The location was close to everything we wanted to see.

The room was big and spacious. We had direct access to the terrace. We used it pretty much every afternoon. I was surprised not to see more people using it. The communication with the host was easy The room was cleaned everyday The apartment is fresh, clean. You want to spend time in it (even if we were most interested on visiting Venice!)

The location was perfect, the apartment was really big and comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the coffee and the access to a washing machine. My husband and I stayed with our two teenage daughters and we had plenty of space for the 4 of us. My kids really liked the "secret room" and that they didn't have to share a bed since there was also a fold out sofa. The master bed was big and comfortable. The views from the roof deck were amazing, the photos do not do this place justice...the room itself and the real life views are actually even better than what the photos show. We especially enjoyed spending our evenings out on the deck. I was worried that it would be noisy since it was so close to San Marco, but it was quiet and lovely!
