The location is great, there are convenience store and shopping center near by. Few restaurant near by. Very worth value for money, for the hotel room, services and breakfast provided.

It has a bright atmosphere, it’s easy to locate and there’s plenty of parking space. Breakfast is okay. Lockers were great, you can store your luggage even if you check out , roam around the area, come back to get it and ride the shuttle (provided by the hotel ) to the station to catch your train/bus

Ma Japan

The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We really appreciate them using the translator to better communicate. They have the best location as well, away from the busy streets but have nearby convenient stores and yummy restaurants. Plus the majestic view of Mt. Fuji from our rooms! The breakfast was also excellent! Love the bread and soup!

Self-service storage lockers in the lobby - lockers and storage spaces are free of charge to guests even before you check-in (but they do fill up during the day). Free shuttle - a free shuttle to and from Kawaguchiko station as well as a couple other popular locations (this is not advertised on Booking.com, look at their actual website for more info). Manageable walking distance - if all else fails, the walking distance isn't too bad from the station. It's an easy walk to Kawaguchiko Ōhashi, konbini, and many restaurants. Included breakfast buffet - good food! There are 2 different simultaneous buffets, so you can either go Japanese or Western.

The breakfast was fantastic. Bldg A &B had different foods you could enjoy. Parking lot and parking garage on site. Facility feels like new. Shuttle to the train station (which we didn’t need). Five minute walk to the lake. Laundry facility and ability to use breakfast area in the evening.

Sparkling clean and spacious room compared to the traditional room type in Japan. We drove a car to visit Kawaguchiko spots, it’s not far from the hotel.
