Wonderful place. Family friendly but there weren't kids running all around. You hardly noticed there were kids there as it was a more laid back resort. Basically good for adults or families with well behaved kids :-)
After we worked through an AC issue that lasted 2.5 days (see the "didn't like" section), our family of 6 adults plus an infant really enjoyed our stay at The Landings. Our units were a 3-bedroom beachfront and a 2-bedroom beachfront. Both were clean, spacious with spectacular views.
Our booking came with butler service, which I highly recommend! Our butlers, Ophelia, Maverick, and Pero, were all extremely attentive and doting on us. Ophelia was our primary butler and she was absolutely amazing.
The staff throughout was very professional and attentive.

This resort is THE best hands down when it comes to ALL AROUND hospitality, safety, great food, great workers, rates, drinks and attentiveness to guest needs. I decided to take a last minute get away and soo glad I made the right choice to stay here. AC works, bartenders AMAZING; great drinks and conversation. Pool clean, property clean and comfortable.. Everything was GREAT!!!
Far from noisy AT ALL which they are QUICK to resolve respectfully.. if it was slightly loud it was me from having such a great short stay and im sorry that’s just how enjoyable my stay here was

The location was ideal. The beach was a short walk from the end of the driveway, no more than 300 feet. The large terrace has a spectacular view overlooking the Carribean ocean and the apartment is bright and spacious.
Featuring a furnished terrace surrounded by the garden, stunning Caribbean Sea views and free Wi-Fi in all rooms, the Somewhere Special Guest house is located 197 feet from the Rodney Bay Beach.

Best part of the island! Long difficult road to drive from the airport- about 40 miles but takes about two hours. Do not recommend driving the pothole ridden and steep roads during dark. Gros Islet is absolutely beautiful- very laid back, relaxing, safe, and had everything you need for a great family vacation. All beaches are public access, so you can go to any "resort" beach as long as you do not use the beach furniture or umbrellas- they cannot kick you off the beach.

The area near and around Bay Gardens Beach Resort was a very good area. Lots of amenities at this Resort and the staff was excellent. My only concern were the food portions. As an adult I'd like adult portions instead of kid portions at mealtime. Aside from that, this is a GREAT Resort to vacation at. The Water Park in front of the Resort was definitely a plus for the people with kids. I didn't use the Park but if I were traveling with my family who has kids, they would've been out in the water at the Park from early in the morning to late at night.

Try the local food and enjoy the island. Make sure you have change in usd because money exchange might be difficult or you will have a bad exchange rate. Gros Islet and Rodney Bay both have a lot of good breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Get a dataplan for your phone, i had a Digicell simcard.

Enjoy it a lot felt like a home away from home .
Enjoy it a lot felt like a home away from home . Angelika made me felt very welcome and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. IE taking me around when needed and if she couldn’t put me on to the people or person who could . Mark also gave me the sense that there was no task you could not ask of him . Didn’t need to because the place and my stay was perfect
We really loved the staff and especially the ones at the bar. We loved the different pool locations too. We also really enjoyed the music and different activities that we could enjoy at night. We actually loved housekeeping services and the room service was fabulous. Food was okay and typical hotel food. Over all is was very romantic and so perfect for couples. We did the romantic dinner on the beach and it was a nice experience for us and the food the chef cooked was AMAZING.
Hazel and Colin were super nice and very helpful. They invited us to use the gardens and pick fruit. They recently had the apartments constructed and they are beautiful. There are nice touches like both St Lucia and North American outlets and a detailed info booklet about things to do. The setting is lovely, we watched birds during the day and listened to tree frogs at night.
I loved the location and the food across the street was most delicious, the beach is right around the corner. Gros Islet is very bright and friendly. Will be going back to St Lucia next month and and staying at the same place. Close to all buses going in to town. The two cats are the
cutest and the hostess is gorgeous. Bars all over the place and The Friday party is LIT.
Breakfast was succulent and healthy, served from 7:30 am (island time) to 10 am, staff was amazing 5 min walking from the beach and restaurants. Quieter spot in Gros Islet and away from the major all inclusive resorts and mass tourism. The course (yoga, pilates etc.) were accessible and wit excellent teachers, perfect for beginners as well as more advanced participants
We spent 4 nights instead of 1 at this hotel.
Situated in a quiet area among the forest and fields, with plenty of walkways to stroll along, with a very nice room decor, great bathtub near the windows to soak in.
Places for BBQ, nice swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi, flowers all around.
15 minutes drive and you find yourself at Etretat beach.
We loved it.
Windjammer is an absolutely gorgeous villa-style hotel on a picturesque beach. The staff are incredible and the facilities are great. We mentioned it was our honeymoon and received a beautiful congratulations decoration on the bed
Quite geriatric, so recommended more for families and older holidaymakers. If you’re looking for party central, not so much
Bona made us feel right at home, his hospitality was amazing. Thanks for taking us to Gros Islet Street Friday night street party, its been a while we had so much fun.
If you're looking for a home away from home I definitely recommend East Caribbean Lodging Safe, Spacious and comfortable 👌🏾.
The hotel and resort were beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive and overall the rooms were great. Nice varied selection at breakfast and tasty food.
The sister hotel the Bay Gardens Resort had a great beach with not too many people, so was able to get loungers and umbrellas.
The hotel is perfectly located on Reduit beach in Rodney bay. Best on the island. Our room had both pool and ocean views, as we were on the third floor. The free use of the sailboats was a hit.
Very happy to be at the hotel, luxurious and clean facilities with such good views, happy to be here on vacation and the service of the staff is very good and friendly, thank you, see you soon
We loved everything about Royalton Saint Lucia from the location to the room, food, the workers who were phenomenal and the entertainment every night was extraordinary 👌.
The hotel is in a good location near the beach but at the same time far away from the noise of restaurants and bars. The bed is very comfortable and wide.
