Beautiful place with lots to do. Everyone seem to be fluent in English and french. The public transport is free and runs like clockwork. Lovely bars and restaurants as well as great architecture and culture.

Luxembourg is underrated for many travelers. Luxembourg City is easily doable in one day, but the countryside offers so much more. We visited Echternach, Vianden, Esch-sur-sure and Beaufort, the mullerthal region, Remich and more over the course of 2 days and wish we could have had 1 more day to explore and hike.

Luxembourg was a great city, more beautiful than i expected. The old city was wonderful, a lot o things to see. The first day i thought i have seen everything, but i visited the next day, also a lot of other things that i havent seen. I will return again in Luembourg because i think i havent seen everything. I traveled with the train from Germany to Luxembourg. The prices were a little bit high but for the standard of living in Luxembourg maybe its ok. Anyone visiting the Low Countries is missing out if they skip Luxembourg. We went to The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg and Luxembourg proved to be the most pleasantly surprising. It is no more than 5 minutes from all the main landmarks in the city. The rooms were really comfortable and we couldn't hear any noise from the square. Breakfast was pleasant. The staff was really kind. We used the 6-floor parking beneath the Place. The lifter is on the opposite side of the square. We had a great time during our stay in Luxembourg. We are looking forward to coming back and other places in the city.
