The location is not exactly like shown.
Cosy and warm room, helpful staff and beautiful decoration interior and exterior.
What I enjoyed most was Sena's cooking especially her hot soup. This is a nice friendly Riad.
The staffs are nice and the room is pretty and clean. Location is good, just 5 mins walk from the plaza Where u can find restaurants and shops. Me and my friends need to leave early and the staffs pack some breakfast for us.
We stayed 2 nights and we had the best experience from the 5 hotels we've been during our trip in Morocco. The hotel is a small and cozy building located in the medina. Staff was extremely helpful during our stay. They gave us tips during our visit to Chefchaouen and helped us to plan the rest of our moroccan trip! Also they made the best breakfast we tryed during our 10 days in Morocco. Staying here was without any doubt one of our best memories of our trip.
Being woken by the 5am call to prayer from the mosque on the corner - but that's all part of the experience!
Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room - clean and comfortable
Dalal, Pedro and Sanae were a delight as hosts. The rooms were cofortable, clean and beautiful.
I was really happy with the location and the room. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel had a very cosy environment and this was probably the place where I felt the most welcomed. 10/10
When we arrived they said that there was no reservation in Casa Miguel but they have "the anex". Is another place that belongs to Casa Miguel but it's far from the hotel and the conditions are not the same. They said that if we agreed to pay more money, we could stay at the hotel, otherwise we could go to "the anex". We were very tired and we just paid and stayed. But this is a very common trick in this Hotel. It's a way to get more money from you. We met some portuguese tourists in Asilah and they told us that the same thing happened to them... It's a Shame because Casa Miguel is a really nice place.
Casa Miguel is a beautiful, well decorated and typical Marroccan Hotel. We had a wonderfull stay here. The staff is very nice and speak french, english and spanish. The room were great, clean, confortable and the shower was ok. The most delicious breakfast we had In Morrocco.
Our shower broke in the morning The owner arranged a taxi to our next destination but lied (?) about the price
Very nice and accommodating staff (called in advance to arrange meeting up to guide the way in the confusing medina) Good breakfast Excellent location
My fiance and I had an amazing stay at Casa Miguel. Honestly, for the quality it was an absolute bargain. The rooms were so cozy, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff was friendly and truly eager to help. The breakfast is the best in Chefchouen (and I feel entitled to say that because my fiance and I had stayed at the top 5-star hotel just two nights earlier). I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Well worth the price. I would change nothing.
Next to a Mosque so can be quite noisy in the morning. The hot tap in our bathroom leaked a bit. View from roof terrace is not great.
Great quirky rooms and decor. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Location is convenient for exploring the medina. Roof terrace available. TV in room and air con. Great breakfast.
It was all good and good value for money. We enjoyed our stay.
The position of the Riad within the old town was good. The staff were very friendly, even collecting us from the bus station to take us to the Riad. The breakfast was excellent. The Riad is very small and quite basic as was our room, but it was nice and clean and very quiet.
First of all, be ready, when you arrive that you'll be not in a right building. We came after long long road (you should walk, as no car circules in Medina) and the recepcionist told us our room is 10 minutes walk from here, so she could only propose one that costs 10 euros more. Not only this - for paying by card we should pay 12 euros more (when price of room is 45!). Not friendly personal at all.
Very nice hotel in morrocan style
Loud voice praing cooran early morning.
Very characteristic hotel quite and particular.
First night they gave us a room outside the hotel, 10 min walk, completely different from what we had booked. After talking to them they changed us to a better room inside the hotel, where we should have stayed the first place... This second room was great, the first one no so great...
Great breakfast, friendly to the guests, very well positioned.
Excellent location, very cosy riad with home atmosphere. Sanae who is managing the place is very friendly and supportive. Breakfasts are tasty and nourishing, done in traditional moroccan style.
the owner the" tajine a la viande" is very good vey friendly staff
Nice room and best breakfast ever.
Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great and as we had a very early departure on our last day, staff rose early and prepared a picnic for our long bus journey. This is a small establishment and we liked the intimacy and individually decorated rooms and really everything! It was our first stay in Morocco and one of our best experiences. It is worth booking a dinner one night as it is prepared fresh for you and all the courses are typical foods and come with explanations of what they are. Staff will help with ideas on what to see. I can't speak highly enough of our visit. It is one of our treasured memories of an amazing holiday.
The staff weren't all that helpful or outgoing.
The rooms were designed very well. The breakfast was the best yet.
Everything great! Confortable bed & shower, good wifi signal and delicious breakfast!!
The staff come to our room to fix the TV when we go out, but forget to lock the door after he finish his job!
The staff is helpful!
Great atmosphere, pretty house, people running the hotel are very hospitable. If I ever come back to Chef, I will happily stay there again.
Really friendly helpful staff, rooms were clean. Good location and they looked after us very well. They even arranged a dental appointment for my boyfriend when he got a tooth infection!
Excellent service. Felt so at home. Came and pick me up to take me to the parking. Nice dinner. Overall what a magical experience. Good location
