The location was safe, I loved how easily accessible the beach was and we had everything we needed without having to go anywhere. It was perfect. The staff were amazing and respectful and attentive. I’d recommend getting valet parking, it’s super convenient. I’d also recommend eating at their high end restaurant on site. Amazing food. Another huge plus was that everyone spoke English as well.

I like the fact that the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, better than most hotels I have stayed in the area. The pool is nice and clean. They have places to grill. The personnel were exceptionally good. Muy amables... I will definitely go back and genuinely recomed it.

The gulf of California is super clean and much warmer than the Pacific. Entirely different body of water and I once read that it's the second cleanest large body of water on Earth. They don't have industry, agriculture and very little population. Pleasant, quiet beaches. The water temp was perfect. Excellent seafood. Huge shrimp and fab flounder, etc, arrive into the port daily. You can get fab street food from cart vendors downtown or a 5 star gourmet restaurant. Plenty of great eateries. I got excellent dental care at a fraction of the US cost. Feels very safe in general. Nice people. You can stay in a glitzy tower, or humble local home and everything in between. The crossing at Lukeville rarely takes more than 5-10 minutes and the road is good. Coming home, I saw a free tourist highway assistance truck on the side of the highway. The California/Yuma crossing is much much busier and the road has a lot of potholes.

Rocky Point as it is known in the US, is a very nice place to go if you want to use your ATV or other type of off road vehicles. You can also use the beaches, as the locals are making them cleaner or going camping on your RV is also a nice thing to do. The rest of the place is Mexico as usual, some roads are still dirt like, the stop signs are hard to see so, drive slow if you don't want a citation, (Mordida) but, the food is very good, in most restaurants or at any hole in the wall places. The location of the Hotels is great but, getting to them is a bit crazy, I wish all the Hotels and the local government would invest in making the roads much better to drive and better lighting.

Really great toursit town!
Really great toursit town! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. It can be confusing to get to the beach though if you are not staying at one of the beach resorts. There is parking located for toursit who do not stay at the beach front hotels but its poorly advertised.

I’ve been to Puerto Penasco several times over the last 10 years. I usually don’t travel there over Holiday weekends due to long waits at the border and the crowds. I was there this past Labor Day weekend & was surprised that there wasn’t as many people as I expected. We also got to the border going into MX at 9:30am on Fri. morning & only waited 20 mins. Also got to border coming back into US at 7:30am on Labor Day & had only 15 min wait. I love the Sea but Puerto Penasco continues to get more expensive every year!
I like this hotel very much. The front desk is very nice. It is closed to the beach, and not too far from the downtown. I agree that the water pressure of the shower is not very strong, but it is acceptable for only one person showering. The water is not very hot, but as I visited there in winter, it is fine if you turn on the heater. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the price and the quality.
The attention was amazing. We wanted a room a little bit closer to the beach and they did what they could to help us have the best time there. Additionally, after our check out, we had an accident on the road to Mexicali and they were really helpful by providing us several options of towing companies in Puerto Peñasco. We are so grateful for what they did. I recommend a lot to stay there.
We stayed in a one bedroom condo with an ocean and pool view. We sat out on the condo patio in the morning and evening to watch the sunrise and sunset.........breath-taking. The condo was clean and more spacious than expected. Puerto Penasco provided us a full spectrum of culture and fresh seafood. Experiencing the Malecone is a must. Will do it again.
Luiz was soo nice. It’s a good thing he was standing outside close to our ETA because our phones didn’t work when we first arrived in rocky point for phone calls. Luiz made us feel safe and comfortable. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. It certainly made the vacation easier since several activities in Rocky point were canceled.
Loved everything about this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were super clean. There is a small pool bar where you can get drinks, snacks and some food items. This is the cutest little boutique hotel. Wished we would have stayed longer. Would highly recommend.
The most beautiful hotel in town. The hotel’s gracious manager, Ari, did an outstanding job in painting and decorating the place. And it is perfectly located near “The Strip,” Pink Cadillac restaurant and Manny’s Beach Club. Casa Victoria is a true jewel of Rocky Point.
The breakfast is omelette or scrambled or over easy eggs. The buffet has chilly meat, chiqillas, yogurt, fruit, fruit drinks, coffee, and other Mexican food items. It cost $14 all inclusive buffet. The restaurant staff provide great customer service.
This hotel is right on the beach, far from the noise of Sandy Beach and it is just the perfect ocean getaway. I love the lounges and umbrellas they provide and the fact that every room has an ocean view balcony. It's just a great, chill spot.
Like this hotel, clean and comfortable beds. You can hear everything from the room next to you. Not so good when you hear the people next to having sex all night long, just saying. This hotel has a great location!
Very clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with full kitchen and laundry which was nicely appointed. We were pleasantly surprised! The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, but the hotel is quiet and very safe.
The room were are in had a beautiful ocean view. The facilities in the hotel were really good. I liked the buzz and vibe in the hotel and the beach adjacent is super cool.
