Beautiful property, great location. Comfortable beds, clean, super kind staff, friendly and very helpful, excellent breakfasts, very close to centro, museos, restaurantes. I was only gonna stay 3 days and stayed for 8. Secure parking for my moto. Great hammock to hang out in!!

Beautiful, historic and young student city.
Beautiful, historic and young student city. Wish I stayed longer here! Museum of the Revolution explained the history and context of Leon so well, would highly recommend. Try some street food too like elote! The atmosphere is the city was the nicest in all of Nicaragua.

The old part of town is a quaint colonial place with a lot of restaurant options; I recommend the small food tour offered to see the market and learn about the different fruits and dishes. Cathedral is a trip of its own.

Very beautiful.
Very beautiful. The very best thing about Nicaragua was the People. So kind and amazing. Other places I visited Backpackers Inn Boutique Hostel in Granada. Lus was amazing. The rooms are beautiful and Quiet. Excellent breakfast. The staff at La Posada del Doctor was also so wonderful, specifically Melissa, Christian and Christian’s Mother who cooked us a wonderful breakfast.

The "must's" for me in Leon are : the Cathedral El Convento Hotel: beautiful, old with art all over it ,gardens and a great, inexpensive restaurant The Art Museum If you have time, take a day trip to the Flor de Cana Rum Factory, only 45 minutes outside the city to the north. Limited private parking available, but not necessary, ok to park on the street.
