Very nice big room with view of the bridge only 5 mins walk away. Museum practically opposite. Easy parking and access to reception. We had a good wander about but ended up eating at the hotel, fantastic plate of currywurst. Really nice hotel.

The staff members were very welcoming and helpful. The vibe was very casual. The attached restaurant was very good and convenient. We like that there was a communal refrigerator to store our food. It was in walking distance to restaurants and shops.

It's Ibis. You get good dependable accommodations with food on-site and, in this case, loaner umbrellas at the door. And the noon checkout time is generous.

We visited Arnhem because of it's close proximity to the Hoge Veluwe National Park. Very easy return journey there by bus and I would recommend staying in Arnhem rather than Otterlo. Also to visit the war museum and cemetery. Very good shopping facilities as well. Even though the city was badly damaged during the war, and it lacks the charm of older quaint Dutch towns, it is a very interesting destination.

I am biased because I lived in Arnhem some time ago.
I am biased because I lived in Arnhem some time ago.
I just like the city, relaxed, calm but still full of life.
Lots of things to see, the Eusebius church is one of a kind and also several museums are worth to visit.
And do not forget the Dutch national park "De hoge Veluwe", the zoo "Burgers dierenpark", the river Rine, etc. etc.
Eating is not my priority but there are plenty of good restaurants around.... But yes, they all have a Dutch kind of character even if we call them Greek, Indonesian, Turkish, etc.

A very nice, green city.
A very nice, green city. Public transport is excellent, the connecting routes are very reliable, and on time. The park is amazing, with lots of geese and beautiful flowers, very green, and serene. It seemed very safe to walk in the streets, even in the evening. Lots of cafes, and the shopping area is huge, with options for all tastes and purses. Be careful at the bikes in the street, there are A LOT of people traveling the city by bike.
I would love to go back and explore more. 3 days isn't enough time to appreciate the place.

Good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
Good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
We had a recommendation from Dutch friends who live local to try Lestari an Indonesian restaurant, this was the best meal of our weeklong trip in Holland. This area contains many European and Asian restaurants.
The area we were in had a good feel and we all thought we should have spent more time there. We were passing through and the Bridge museum was our reason to be in the area. The museum was outstanding and to anyone interested in WW2 should not be missed.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and lots of attention was paid to the details. We slept great in the bed, and the breakfast was truly one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel. I felt that the owners really put a lot of heart into the hotel and its design, as it was a lovely mix of traditional and modern. The bed, which had been made from a church pew, was absolutely lovely to look at and very comfortable. All in all, we loved our stay and would definitely come back again.
B&Bs don't get better than this. Situated in Arnhem's old town, you're minutes away from the town centre, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Our wonderful hosts even picked us up from the train station and kept us well-fed with amazing breakfasts. We relaxed in a quiet, clean and comfortable space, Netflix included. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!
Being bang in the centre of Arnhem area for the main high streets was perfect. easy food shops and meal places. Linda the host was lovely and the house was perfect for me. Was very warm and very clean. "a home from home" for sure. I will alway check here first before other hotels for Nov events.
I had a very nice stay at this hotel, with a suite overlooking the Rhine. The personell are very friendly and professional, which made my stay even more pleasant. I did not eat in the restaurant on this occasion, but have done so in the past, and I enjoyed it every time. Value for money!
Breakfast was good, although I was at the Olympic Training Center and due to my changing schedule, the fact that their system made me sign up for mandatory attendance at breakfast cost my money due to being scheduled at work and not able to attend breakfast at the hotel.
I've stayed at Trix before and was delighted to go back. The hotel is charming and in a leafy suburb. The room was spacious, modern and comfy. The restaurant is outstanding and the inclusive breakfast very welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'll be back.
nice place outside the center 10 min walk , nice food places near and coffee shops next door nice area hotel has restaurant attached with own brewery, staff was nice even gave me the room I requested on the booking pictures! very clean and little bit fancy !
Everything, except for the fact that the booking I first made through the hotel's own site failed, and then the same room was available through Booking for some 20 euros more! Actually I blame Booking for blocking off rooms for higher prices.
Cosy, friendly hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had to arrive late but the hotel was very accommodating for that!
Central location and a short walk to Centraal station. Friendly staff upon arrival, during breakfast and checking out. Hotel & room was very clean.
Bed was super comfortable.
Amazing and unique concept blending old and new in a beautifully restored church
Food was also wonderful
Air-conditioning was a plus
It was worth the stop in Arnhem!
Right across Arnhem Centraal station, but rooms are quiet and easy to get anywhere. Staff were excellent and super accommodating during my entire stay.
