Mooi en gezellig huis! Met oog voor detail ingericht, en geschikt voor een grotere groep. Alles stond heel netjes klaar en het is fijn dat aan bijna alles is gedacht in het huis. Aardige eigenaar, duidelijke communicatie.

Perfect house to undertake city trips and to relax with everything you need to enjoy an exclusive stay. This in not just a getaway but an exceptional experience! Top location. 20 min. to Amsterdam and 15 min. to Utrecht by train. All of Holland within two hours driving distance. Close to stunning country side (lakes, forest, national park, moorland), shops, supermarket and motorways. The villa can be partly rented or in full. The stylishly furnished accommodation is spacious and fitted with modern appliances. Beautiful garden. The luxurous and spacious livingroom was designed by an interior architect and has a seperate dining-, relax- and tv area. Features include a fire place, large flat screen tv and surround sound system. Modern kitchen with amenities such as: induction stove, espresso coffee machine, cooker (instant boiling water for making tea), oven/microwave, dishwasher etc. Four double bed rooms and two bathrooms (with rainshower) are available that can accommodate up to ten guests. The welness features a sauna, whirlpool, solarium and fitness area. The beautiful garden offers full privacy and has two lounge terrasses and is equipped with BBQ, fireplace and hammoc
I will be around to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The majority of the villa will be available to guests. Guest will have full access to the wellness and fitness area as well as the garden. Guest parking on the premises for up to four cars.
PERFECT TO STAY AS WELL DURING 2020 Grand PRIX ZANDVOORT. The villa is centrally located in an exclusive neighborhood and allows for (besides city trips) excellent hiking and bicycling trips in the stunning country side directly surrounding the estate including: "Lage Vuursche", The lakes of Loosdrecht, " National Park "Het Gooisch Natuurreservaat" and Moorland 't Hoogt van het Kruis. The city centre of Hilversum has nice shops and many restaurants and is within 5 minutes driving distance. Neighborhood shopping with many (delicatesse)shops is available at shopping area ''Gijsbrecht van Amstel Straat" (within 10 minute walking distance from the villa). Direct access to A1 and A27 motorway (to Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam and The Hague) within a few minutes. Bus stop around the corner. Train station ( Hilversum Sportpark ) within walking distance. 20 minutes to Amsterdam and 15 minutes to Utrecht by train from Hilversum Central station.
