Greymouth is a very small town but this hotel is located right in the middle. This hotle has an excellent central location and the entire town is walkable. Our room even had a nice view of the ocean right out our window. We booked this hotel primarily as an overnight stay as we had taken the TransAlpine from Christchurch. The break from the 4+ hour train ride was enjoyable and allowed us to enjoy this lovely little town.
