The lake and the waterfalls around provide excellent views and water sport activities. Look for a guy called Ronaldo and visit the Pucayacu waterfalls. Also, If you are looking for a kind of luxury, comfortable stay, do not stay in El Sauce Resort.

Beautiful place! The bungalows are lovely! Unfortunately, earthquake damage is requiring extensive repairs -- so the pool and usual breakfast buffet was not available. Prices are high --- so our suggestion is to wait for repairs to be completed before staying at this resort.

We reserved the bungalow and it was exactly as in the pictures. The breakfast was very yummy and the staff is extremely friendly. The place to be when visiting Sauce.

We had a very good time there, the place is beautiful and great for a full relaxation. The bedroom are super confortable and well designed. We even had a jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom!
