Staff was super accommodating, provided two fans to help with the high temperatures of the room. The window only opened a few inches and there was no AC.

Nice accommodation with very nice and helpful owners. They let me park my motorcycle behind the gate, and let me leave stuff after checkout while I spent the day in Malbork. Location is great, with awesome views of the castle. Highly recommended.

Malbork is a clean and pleasant town, well maintained by a local government even offering free transport as an initiative to reduce the use of private cars.
The main attraction is the medieval castle which is a must to see. There are also a lot of places to shop and to eat, and many pastry and cake shops.
As transport is free, go for a ride around town to see more of it.

It’s is enough to see and enjoy for at least two days.
It’s is enough to see and enjoy for at least two days. Lots of tourists attractions. One day we were following the tourist route thru the City monuments and the other day we dated for the long Castle tour. There are also excellent bikes paths, water canoes trips etc..
The restaurants could improve quite a bit, but close buy this appartment where I was staying, on the opposite side of the Castle, I found a great eating place called “Cynamonowe Sklepy”, which serves old traditional Polish/Prussian food, which is excellent and in a very good price range. For the rest the city seems quiet and under major development! I enjoy a 2 good relaxing and interesting historical days!

Malbork is a great place to stay for a couple fo days.
Malbork is a great place to stay for a couple fo days. The castle itself requires minimum a day to enjoy it fully. The town itself is compact and easily covered on foot, with plenty of great walks. There are nice restaurants/cafes, and not far away there is a Dinopark - great place to spend day with kids with some simple rides, tree climbing trails and more.

Malbork Castle is huge! There is lots to see.
Malbork Castle is huge! There is lots to see. We went for the siege reenactment festival & it was busy, but great fun. Well worth the price of the tickets. The 'fire show' was spectacular, I would go again just for that alone, I've never seen anything like it. Well done Malbork.

There is absolutely nothing to do apart from the old castle.
There is absolutely nothing to do apart from the old castle. There's barely a decent restaurant. I regretted staying there. Should have stayed at Gdansk and made it a day's excursion to visit the Malbork castle.

The hotel itself is fine but if you are travelling on business they do not tell you that you need to tell them on check in that you want a receipt and if you ask for it on check out you can not have it - do not stay here
Gościniec Pod Markizami is a nice quite place with hospitable hosts. I booked the room for 4 people, it was clean, pleasant and warm - which was nice to have in the autumn. Also hospitable Gościniec Pod Markizami has provided a free parking for my car.
I had a teapot and a small freezer in the room, along with an access to an open pavilion for relaxation and smoking. The facility is situated in 8-10 minutes walk from the Malbork castle.
The hotel is very central, just a short walk away from the Malbork Castle, other tourist sights and the best eateries and watering holes in town. The location is a little bit surprising, in an annex to a shopping centre, but it's not inconvenient in any way. The room was great, we particularly appreciated the provided hot drinks because it was quite cold outside.
The hotel at first glance is unassuming. But the rooms are very cozy in that European twin bed way with the fresh linen and down comforters. The service from the start was unfailingly friendly and helpful. Gosha in the restaurant was a smart server. The whole kitchen staff laid out one of the tastiest breakfast buffets I’ve ever had.
The owner was very nice and helpful. The contact less booking and entry process is great. I was positively surprised with tea, coffee, dishes and cutlery available in the kitchen. If you need a nice, comfortable place to stay which isn't a typical hotel - this is the one to go with :)
It was an outstanding breakfast, much variety and served very attractively. Really an unexpected , delightful highlight of our stay. The location was perfect for our needs (the visit of Malbork castle) as it is just a few minutes walk from the castle entry gate
Gościniec w Malborku is perfectly located stay. Very close to the castle and city center. There was a parking place and outside sitting areas with grill. The apartment was very well equiped with everything needed for any length of stay. Perfect !
The staff was really nice. They still need to learn as the hotel is quite new, but their mistakes were rather cute. No complains at all :-). Very good modern hotel with quite big rooms with a lot of space. The shower (and it's size) was GREAT!
Really comfortable mattress. Big shower. Good location close to the castle and the center. Quick and convenient self check in and check out. Good communication with the host. Free city parking space right next to the accomodation.
The room is really nice and spacious. The bed is super comfortable. The shower is great. Just a really fantastic room! Great location and a really good place to stay in Malbork. Would def come back!
The location was useful for walking to the town and castle. We stayed to do the Zamek w Malbork Parkrun which was about 1km away. The breakfast was very plentiful, we couldn't eat it all.
Ideal for visiting the castle of Malbork, if you are by car, as we were- There is a cool spa, with swimming pool and Jacuzi-
Staff very kind and nice- Breakfast was packed, but good-
