This was beachfront as advertised. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the sunrise and listening to the surf. The property was comfortable and welcoming.

We had a villa with view of the harbor, which I would definitely recommend. I purposefully did NOT want pool view because of the noise level. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the place and the laundry and dryer in the apartment. We were told it was too far to walk to the beach, but then learned the beach was only a few minutes by foot. Unfortunately the weather turned bad just as we arrived and therefore we explored other parts of PR and used the apartment as a hub for day trips.

Cindy was a welcoming host and was interesting to talk to. She speaks english fluently which was a relief. The apartment had a deck side-facing the beach so was a pleasant place to sit and birdwatch while my partner slept in. The beach was wild and wonderful and had very few people on it. It is adjacent to a wildlife refuge that we probably could have walked to on the beach if we had realized its proximity. The refuge was a short drive, free and a good place to walk and bird watch. There is a kayak company that takes folks out within the refuge that we would like to do next time. There were a few restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store with limited produce. We found the people of the town were friendly given our lack of spanish skills and the fact that this town is not on the tourist loop. We found that most everyone spoke spanish so we did our best. The town itself appears to have had a hard time with the hurricane 7 years ago with quite a few abandoned homes. Even so, we are thinking of returning now that we are familiar with the area and know what to do.

I felt like I was at home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Neighbors were friendly and came by just to say hello and offer themselves if we needed anytime during our stay. All stores were only 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.
The area seemed out of its prime. Maybe 15-20 years ago was better. Mostly a weekend area as many restaurants open 3-4 days for the weekend. The El Faro Point Tuna lighthouse was nice visit but closed Tuesday so went back Wednesday. The area was open but any type of museum was not. Downtown Yabacoa area not very exciting. Town square area not as nice or historic as many PR towns. Beaches were basically unusable in the area. We won’t return here but nearby Naguabo Malecon is a nice seafood restaurant area.
We stayed here only one night and we didn't get the chance to fully experience everything, but the staff was extremely nice, the room was clean and functional, and the outside common space with the pool was very nice. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good, breakfast could have been better but overall it was ok. The staff was accommodating with the meal requests.
The location is okay if you want to be in that area. The area was very quiet. Having a restaurant/ bar on site for a small hotel is nice. Included breakfast was okay and happily it wasn’t a cheap buffet. The staff was courteous and pleasant. The pool itself was clean.
Beautiful pool ,great restaurant, nice friendly staff , close to the city of Yabucoa where you have access to various restaurants , supermarkets and pharmacies. many amenities for people with children to play basketball etc. free breakfast was a great surprised.
Cute, quiet little hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The beach is right outside your front door. There's a little bar on the property where the locals come to hang out and have fun!
Very good accommodation, quiet and very comfortable with a big bed. It is a pity that the surroundings of the hotel are not well kept, the beach would be very nice.
