Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, this hotel and restaurant is 4 km east of the center of Hatillo. It offers a landscaped outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi.

It is conveniently located with its restaurant next door. Pool was clean and the entire property is well kept. I recommend and look forward to staying again.

This was without a doubt the worst place. I would not recommend it to my worst friend.

The best part of staying at Cavernas Guest House is the owner, Andre. He couldn't be nicer, more helpful or more accommodating, and genuinely wants people to love their stay with him. Property is clean and literally a 3 minute drive from Rio Camuy cave.

Ten minute drive to Arecibo to the east and ten minutes to Hatillo to the west. Not much to do for travelers in the immediate vicinity. There is a Sam’s club right across the street as well as the buen cafe across the street in a different direction and a mall a couple minutes away. The beach was only a couple blocks away.

There is not enough room here to explain how bad our first few days were! I would like to request a refund for the first four days of my stay. Booking.com has no idea that El Parador del Buen Cafe has THREE sections to the hotel, the regular hotel, a dumpy building across the street and the Villas next to the hotel. We stayed in the Dump, a building not originally built as a hotel, just modified to house customers at the lowest level possible. I'm sure it fills in as a "per hour" place when possible.

We came to Hatillo for business.
We came to Hatillo for business. We found that many of the stores in the malls were closed. We also found the wait time and service in the banks and credit unions inferior. Although we had transactional business in 4 banking institutions, we were denied access to the rest room in the First Bank of Hatillo. We waited an hour and a half to be serviced in another of the banks. We were very disappointed with the service we received at the four banking institutions we visited.

There was a cool lighthouse experience with a small Aquarian. A lot history of the migration of people to the island. The are caves to explore that were made my the Tiano Indians just be aware it was hard to get through climbing large rocks. There is a kids waterpark also near by. Tons of food trucks and kioskos with great Puerto Rican food. We had family there so it was a great time for us.
The location was perfect. It was very close to the best beaches in the northwest area in PR. Also, the view was amazing! Restaurants, beaches, sports bars, shopping malls and supermarkets were all in less than a mile from our location.
The area was nice, just a small walk and you will get to a super nice beach. There’s not much in the area to do but a perfect place to stay for one night. The room was clean and the staff from the hotel were very friendly.
There is not enough room to totally explain my displeasure! Booking.com obviously does not know there are TWO buildings to this hotel. One is ok, the other is trashy and a dump! That's where we stayed initially.
This place is excellent. The room I stayed in was comfortable clean and quiet. There’s plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The owners are very attentive. I would definitely stay there again in the future.
We used the hotel as a stop while driving along the shore. The hotel is safe and comfortable needs a little restoring. But all necesery things ware present. Comfortable bed. Nice team in hotel.
Andres was a great host and met us there. He had snacks and water and coffee for us. He even gave us a brochure for things to do in the area. Walmart is right across the street.
