Breakfast was good. The location was ok, but parking was difficult. The staff was great and allowed us to park in reserved spot the first night since my wife is disabled.

This is one of the most beautiful options for a stay in Sibiu. The boutique hotel is wonderfully decorated, appropriately themed for a Burg that had craft at its core. You will find small details all around the hotel that will make your stay even more unique. The rooms are super clean, with modern fittings. The location is great, close to both the railway station and the city center, with nothing to bother you. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the free coffee all throughout the day in the lounge area, which was great for relaxing with a book for a couple of minutes. We would definitely come back here again and wholeheartedly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful experience for 3 days in Sibiu. We had the best accommodation at Transylvanian Valley: central but very quiet location, welcoming rooms and a dreamy inner courtyard where we enjoyed our coffee. Actually everything here was great, and our host (Filip) really made the difference, even giving us recommendations about places in Sibiu. Transylvanian Valley is a place where you want to come back for sure.

Lovely old town with small and large square and lots of interesting and colorful architecture. I recommend to visit the Brukenthal National Museum and of course the beautiful bridge of lies (by night extra special). We travelled with our two dogs and saw no stray dogs in Sibiu.

We visited the upper and lower town, the city walls and took lots of pictures of the eyes of Sibiu. It’s a very walkable small city. We also visited, on the recommendation of our host, the Astra National Ethnographic Museum Complex. We ate traditional Romanian dishes and drank local craft beer at Restaurant La Bubu.

Some of the attraction to be seen in Sibiu: the Large Square, Brukenthal Museum, Liars’ Bridge, Evangelic Church, Citadel wall with 3 towers are just.
See Sibiu from above. The easiest way is to climb the council Tower in the main square of Sibiu.

It was absolutely the best stay in Romania! The hotel is brand new, the building was renovated, rooms are big and beautiful and were super clean, and they have roof top with emazing view to Sibiu old town. The hosts did everything to make us feel almost like family. They were so nice and helpful and had geart recommendations for resturants. Breakfast was delicious. We stayed there for a few days, 4 families, and we all had emazing experience.
After 4 days in Romania, our two-day stay in Sibiu was a real refreshment. Good location, close to the historical center of the wonderful city of Sibiu. Extremely kind Miss Ana at the reception and in all the services she offered us (free coffee, very abundant breakfast and everything else). The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything was in the best order. Recommended for all guests
1. Perfect Location... in the center of the city
2. Clean rooms, warmed floor, clean towels
3. Silent room
4. A lot of restaurants are near your location
5.You don't have kitchen but you have a microwave.
But since you are in Sibiu you don't really need a kitchen... in Sibiu you will find the best food in Romania.
I recommend Crama Sibiul Vechi restaurant.
We had a great stay at Lumiere House. Everything was nice and clean, self check-in and check-out was easy, the wine cellar is great for hanging out in the evening and although they don't have their own parking lot, there's public parking right in front of the hotel, we found a spot with no issues. We would return here whenever we come back to Sibiu.
It was the best place we have stayed at in România!
The room was really nice and bright , the bathroom and the shower worked perfectly!! (Believe me that is rare- there is usually something off concerning showering) the beds were the most comfortable, and the hosts were very, very nice. The location was great. I couldn’t have been happier here.
Lovely, helpful staff; fantastic food; lots of healthy options: breakfast, lunch and evening meal; comfortable large bedroom, everything very clean; quiet location but very accessible to the centre of Sibiu; transport from the airport was pre-arranged by the hotel and was waiting for me.
The host was excellent! We stayed at multiple properties while in Romania and she was by far the most welcoming and accommodating. The room was very large by European standards and had all of the modern amenities you could need. The location was perfect for exploring Sibiu on foot.
Best 3 things about this hotel are:
- Location, in a quiet corner literally just off one of the main squares in Sibiu
- The bed was super comfy, the aircon was very powerful and the shower was nice
- The design of my room was modern, fresh and trendy
The staff, the pool, the room, the breakfast, the kindness of everyone in the hotel. We felt part of the Damiani family and it was GREAT! This is without any doubt the best accommodation that we have visited in Romania. We felt 100% at home.
The very good location near Sibiu zoo garden and romanian village museum.Clean rooms and motel staff was very kindky.Good food around at restaurant Jakob grillhouse Sibiu at entrance of zoo.I was come here since 2010,almost every year.
Perfect location near centrum of the city. You can enjoy old architecture and smile service. There is also a parking lot near the hotel which is a big bonus. Recommend to stay and feel the atmosphere.
Good breakfast.
Good food at restaurant Max, you may need reservation.
Close to the city centre.
If you're lucky you may find a parking spot in the back alley of the hotel.
Location is central and quiet street, the city have a diversity of stuff which can be done in comparison with other medium size city's from a small country like Romania.
