I liked the trip. Hotel location is prime location and there service is very good.( Swissôtel Makkah) The only thing I can’t find kids entertainment or even near by Haram ( walking distance). The people selling in the street making more crowd while going to Haram or others asking for taxi ride. The virtual museum is good attraction. Especially for kids. Mr Shafiqur Rehman, restaurant manager was excellent, providing every possible assistance. Breakfast was great with many choices. Our out of hours house keeping request was immediately dealt with by Mr Jamal. Must recommend this hotel for anyone looking quality accomodation near Haram in Makkah.
