I missed my flight thanks to the horrendous airport traffic and its terrible design! To top it off, there was only one access point for returning the rental car. Now, I'm stuck shelling out an extra 1000 SAR for a new ticket. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Old town was brilliant. Could wander round it for ages.
Old town was brilliant. Could wander round it for ages. Lots of it is being renovated, so going to be even better in future
corniche was lovely to walk along. Beaches were not accessible along there though. Perhaps to do with Ramadan?
Red Sea Mall is probably very nice if you like shopping - not really my thing so didnt stay too long!
We told about other beaches where you could go snorkelling. But had limited time on our visit to do this. Having seen sting ray, turtle and tons of fish when walking along the Corniche I wish we had had time to do it

Need to understand that Yeddah is a big city and everything...
Need to understand that Yeddah is a big city and everything is far away from everything. The old town of Yeddah is a must see. We enjoy the walk first in the morning alone because was Friday and nobody was in there and everything was closed but we can stop at the fantastic houses to see them and take pictures. We ate in a traditional fish restaurant was perfect and then evening and night time the old city was alive plenty of people shopping and walking.
The market is a big market with 100 of little chops away, every street with a particular item so every shop on the street is selling only the particular item: one place for clothes, an other shops with perfumes, food, sandals...etc.
The museum is interesting but far from the old town.
The Corniche with the see, harbour and the Mosque floating upon the sea is 30 Km by car from the Old City, is growing every day with a new restaurant, buildings, also you can see the families enjoying the day or the evening.

Traffic is busier than you think, weather is hotter than you imagine, streets are cleaner than you expect, prices are more expensive than you plan, driving is harsher than what you were told, transportation is weak for such a wonderful city. Private cars can give you cheaper ride than taxi. Uber is damn expensive, basic hair cut can be around $10 USD.
Good size room, excellent value for money, all the necessary facilities in the room, had an excellent sleep, good AC. The only niggle was finding the road on the listing, the hotel is on a large shopping street so there must be a road name that google can find, found by B IT fitness (Al Marwah) as this is next door and easy found on google maps, other than that excellent option near main routes and airport, clean to a good standard, cooking facilities reasonable neighbourhood, easy parking
The Suite 301 was very big (62 m2) with separated bedroom from living area with one big bathroom and one small toilet.
Breakfast was good but buffet area need to be bigger to let people move around it with freedom.
Car parking outside and with basement parking too.
Very good location near airport (8 min.) and big Mall (Al-Arab Mall) (5 min. by car) and nearby other fast-food and traditional restaurants and cafes (by car).
Everything. The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfy.
5 stars go to Mustafa. He was working hard to ensure the guests had the best experience. His hard work should be noted and appreciated. He is always there for you and works round the clock.
Thanks, Mustafa, for looking after us.
it is not a 5 stars hotel I was surprised with the bad location , rooms full of dirty old furniture the room has a very bad smell
I went to the same hotel at London it was a real hotel but the one in Jeddah need a lot lot of work in location , staff, cleaning it could be a 3 starts hotel
it was listed as having breakfast but arriving at the hotel we were told that breakfast is no available. also, the pictures showed the bathroob with a tub and in reality there was no tub.
This hotel is amazing, it has good equipments like a 5 star hotel. The staff are very friendly……the location is superb very close to everywhere. I will definitely visit again.
I have almost visited the 5 star hotel in Jeddah and it is one of the best rooms I have ever experienced. I like the new design and updated high technology trends.
