The staff is very friendly The location is excellent

The room was neat and clean and the service by the staff was truly amazing.

Very cooperative staff with unique services like dedicated room for your own laundry to handle it by yourself Nice window view to Souq7 at 227 room Rapid response to requests I recommend it and will be coming back in future days

The saudi guys in reception were so cooperative. They helped us with our check in and made it easy. They tried to meet our requests for the bedroom types and rooms location. we made our booking on the same day and the price was decent for two rooms for two nights. I will definitely repeat the visit

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The check-in was smooth, the team was incredibly professional and friendly, and every request was handled with genuine care. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-prepared, with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-quality 4-star property. Housekeeping maintained the room beautifully throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent — great variety, fresh ingredients, and attentive service. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, elegant, and welcoming. Honestly, they were remarkable in every single detail. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!
