We did book two rooms for my family at 4:30 pm for the same day. They are very professional and part of the chain of the famous apartment series... We had to first verify our data by providing government ID and then got our room codes... No key, only codes for everything for the lift and room door, and they are valid for the period of your stay... Once the time is finished, the codes become inactive. We called customer care two times for some work, and everytime within 10 minutes the person was at the door...that shows their professionalism... thank you very much for making our stay good...
