This was our first time to a Nikki Beach resort so can’t compare to others. Beautiful property on an amazing stretch of beach. We had the room looking on to pool and it was really beautiful. The food was very good but to be expected, pricy considering elsewhere in Thailand. I really liked the fact that they don’t skimp on towels and room amenities.

Lipa Noi is beautiful. Definitely the more reserved part of the Island but if you want a night out there are a few areas about 20-30 mins away by moped or their Grab car service. One of these areas was Fishermans village about a 30 min moped ride. Tons of Restaurants and shopping right on the beach.
Closer ti the resort was the
Great area if you prefer a nice mix of relaxation and fun on your vacations
People are so friendly and accommodating.

When in Koh Samui stay on the Westside of the Island to experience the wonderful sunsets. In Nathon theres a street food market everyday. You need a motorbike to get around Koh Samui. June Thai food is very good and authentic cuisine, Chill-Inn beach café is nice to hang out. Lipa Lodge is great to stay. Visite the close Na Muang Waterfalls.

We stayed in a great villa at Nikki Beach but I would only stay there again if I was attending the beach club on a Sunday. Food was very disappointing with only 6 Thai dishes on the menu and a very limited choice for dining. The cost was very much higher for everything than other hotel offering much better food, drinks and service. No one at Nikki stood out in a positive way whereas at The Lipa Lodge Beach Resort Resort the food was great, staff were superb especially Peter Pan. Also at the Sea Valley Dada was great. We had a wonderful meal on the beach there too.

Please note, this is an area to chill out. If you are looking for night clubs expect a 45 minute taxi journey and 800 to 1000 batt.
Great beach and plenty of reasonably priced restaurants.
Take mosquito repellant or buy at the nearest FamilyMart or SevenEleven.
This hotel is perfect if you have a car, otherwise be prepared for a very quiet neighbourhood. We loved the near by Mango Tree restaurant: one fo the best of Thailand! Exit the hotel and turn right on the main road for 200meters (on the road). This place has a lovely beach, pool and breakfast was also good (a la carte, but included into our room rate). They organised our transfer to the next hotel for 800Bath (a bit pricey for the service, but personalised and extremely modern van.
Everything are superb. Property is super luxury & located in the private beach, quiet and clean.
if you live the property and think it s the best but all the staff there are fantastic, best, very helpful, friendly, lovely. Khun Rung, Pey, Eed and Fon are perfect staff.
there is none or not even any small thing I could complain.
everyone in my family 11 persons are all day this is the best experience in our traveling trips. highly recommend to anyone who want to go to Samui.

I felt incredibly comfortable and was extremely impressed by the humanity and warmth of Hendrik and Waran. They give this place a special touch and have an extraordinarily good eye for the little things.
And there is a lot to discover on Lipa Noi beach. The best coconuts to drink and eat are at the Bikini Bar. The atmosphere is awesome! The Retro Café is also pretty cool. And Nanus serves great pizza.
Lovely location. I extended my stay from a week to 10 days because I liked it so much. My bungalow was very near the beach. Mostly all you could hear were the waves and birdsong. There was a kettle but no cups/mugs, and a fridge. The nearest 7 Eleven was a 10 minute walk away (you can walk along the road or the beach). The restaurant next door was very nice. One evening I tried one of the small restaurants on the road to the 7-Eleven but got attacked by mosquitoes.
Everything!!
This was our favourite stay during our Thailand trip. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We really enjoyed the food too, such a tasty breakfast menu. Location wise it’s easily accessible from Nathon Pier (which is where we came from). Grab Taxi’s (via the app) are easy to find. The hotel also offered to book Taxi’s too. All in all, a wonderful stay.
Right on the beach, the staff is really kind, the place is quiet but also not too far from restaurants. Wonderful because it is a small convivial hotel. Having a scooter or car is even better to go about. It was perfect to go with a our young child as he could play on the beach, the water is shallow so safe for children and no big waves. The pool is very nice and has a part very shallow for small children.
Overall a good stay. The staff were lovely, and the hotel is right on a very clean and clear beach which was great to walk in the mornings. Cabin room was really cute and the bathroom was huge, but it didn't feel very clean because bugs can get in between wooden planks in cabin walls. There was also an outdoor shower which would be such a luxury if it wasn't full of leaves and dirt so we didn't use it.
The hotel is set on a beautiful section of Lipa Noi beach, plenty of variety of places to relax, facilities, classes etc.
The staff are fantastic (for example they made us a takeaway breakfast on the last morning because we checked out early). The rooms were very equipped (if a little dated), private and kept very clean.
We had a beachfront room and enjoyed the wonderful sunsets due to the westside orientation. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Good food choice that we enjoyed when it was raining and therefore could not eat outside the hotel. Beautiful garden and atmosphere. The room was super clean.
The room was spacious and clean. Our room had a bath which was a lovely surprise! It is right on the beach although sadly the beach was rather littered with rubbish ( not hotels fault). The restaurant served a sufficient breakfast. The staff were helpful.
The beach is right there, yes sometimes there are boats by the beach but it doesn’t bother you to meet the beautiful sunrises 🌅
Rooms are very cozy, and comfortable , some of them have a wooden bath 🛁
Staff, bungalow very close to the beach, basically on the beach. Very spacious bungalow(very).
Amazing garden, with palm trees and more.
Very nice restaurant with the view.
Loved the staff!!
I booked small private villa. It was good, there a fine, calm beach, one of the best in Samui for my opinion.
I like everything except breakfast, there wasn’t enough vegetables
The beach is clean and the free paddles and kayak are nice. The breakfast is really good and employees at the restaurant and the rest of the hotel were really nice
The location was perfect as Lipa Noi is a quiet area away from the busy areas and a good swimming beach. Beach front bungalow was private and steps to the beach.
