The beach was very clean (looks like cleaned every night). Facilities at the beach were great with many beach bars, restaurants, leisure facilities. The local people at the beach were also very helpful, providing information on directions, facilities, etc. Also the restaurants at the beach were reasonably priced for such a lovely location. Also some of the bars/restaurants had live entertainment - Music, Beach artist, ie: Fire Dancers! :)

Bang Tao beach is close to the airport - perfect for a shorter trip to Phuket so you don't spend as much time in the car. Clean beach with tons of cafes and restaurants. Also super close to the Green Elephant Sanctuary - top notch sanctuary to visit and interact with the elephants.

It’s An Amazing Beach. The Nomad restaurant is one of the best. Amonde’ the Manager and his staff are AWESOME. Just as Your entering Nomad restaurant from the street is a glass room. Inside is an older man who does therapy massage. He’s a very healing man. He works for whatever you want to give. I suggest that You give a lot. It’s a must if your body is in Pain. The Mangement became greedy, most probably because of the Russions. They occupy all beach hotels, up to 96% Loud, everyware. Get the best rooms and buy real estate properties with their black money. We fled and booked through booking.com the wonderful 5star hotel Shangri La at the riverside in Bangkok

They were able to accommodate us right away and had the rooms ready. Everyone was extremely friend and helpful. Unfortunately, we came when Phuket had a typhoon, so it was extremely rainy and muddy. We had so many luggages, but they were able to help us get it all out and to our room. They gave us some juice while we were checking in and even showed us to our room. It was quiet and I could not hear any construction work that was going on nearby. The staff is always nice, no matter how grumpy you are 😂😂- I flew in very late and had troubles getting a taxi that didn’t rip me off, so I was really annoyed. The manager remained friendly and calm all the time. Thank you 😁
