Very well localized and a very nice resort. Clean and with an awesone staff! We loved it!
We stayed in the suite cottage, the room was very clean & comfortable with nice outdoor shower. Good breakfast.
Absolutely loved this resort, perfect location right on West beach so you can lie by the pool and look directly at the ocean. Fantastic spot to watch the beautiful sunset. Rooms were very clean and comfortable & reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this resort & would stay here again on my next visit.
Nothing negative at all
Beautiful location, friendly staff, great pool, very relaxing.
Bed was rock solid! They could do a bit more picking up of litter a lick of paint in some of the rooms. The boat excursion was dissapointing, taking us to tiny islands that are now covered in litter and swamped by tons of tourists-go solo to explore the place better!
The staff are very kind and always prompt to solve any problem. We have made an upgrade to another room and they gave us one right in the first line, looking to the pool and the beach. The food was wonderfull, like the fish and the seafood. Always fresh. They leave for two times fresh fruit in the bedroom. We used the transfer from the airport to the hotel (and vice versa) and it was a very well spent money. It's the best resort in terms of location in Railay Beach.
They could pay more attention to the gardens. In some places they are a little bit forgot. They could have in the pool some sun hats.
We decided to book a bungalow but on arrival was met with a damp smelling room filled with Mosquitos. I went to reception who showed me 2 more all exactly in the same state. They showed me a deluxe room instead which was a downgrade and it was a million times better - same size, more modern and cleaner! Other than that everything else here was perfect. Perfect view for sunset every day
Hard beds. Bungalows
The best part was the location and the friendly as well as friendly staff members.
The cottages and romos are too close to each other, cluttered, you can hear the other rooms air conditioning units all the time, so it is not as confortable as it could be. A bit noisy. The rest is very nice.
Location Swimming pool Beach Room with jakuzzi
To go there you must use the long tail boat and walk into the sea with water up to your bottom. They have like seafood in the restaurant that they dont even know how to cook, they gave us closed clamps, and they said that they cooked them... IN THE BBQ!
Location is right on the beach front. You can also walk to Phranang cave beach which is a little bit more quiet.
Internet is very slow and there is no cable TV.
Loved the whole feel of this place. Really relaxed and everyone was so nice. Thai staff would never walk past you without saying hello. Will be booking this resort again and would recommend to anyone going to Krabi
We have been in a room with private garden and jacuzzi, amazing. The breakfast is very good.
We asked them to wake uo us and they forgot :(
The personal is very kind. in the end is not so bad being close to raylay East, as it is the way to phrang nga, the best beach in railay.
Mosquitos in the room every day and night, resistant to the AC. Stray cats comes to pay you a visit often, and in spite of the hotel is in railay West some rooms can be closer to the east side (from 1106 and up). Poor wifi reception in room. The very next hotel (sand sea resort) is almost half price for the same, check it.
good location on railay beach, connect east and west. good value for money. nice rooms. the most beautiful beaches in Thailand
staff not really nice. getting there at night on the tail boat and waiting in the water and then in the enterace was scary and annoying
Great location Room size very big (deluxe area)
Food in the restaurant can be better. Staff must take care while writing bills and recieving room numbers from guests, since we got at the checkout a restaurant bill that we did not order that was billed to our room. It took much time to the staff to understand that the resturant bill was not ours. At check out the hotel staff makes you wait several minutes until they check the room and mini bar, although we have said that we must go to catch our ferry on time. They must find an other way to do it, or just ask the guests that check out. This is the first time that an hotel makes me wait just to check the room.
Poor quality and terribly slow speed of serving foods, quite limited choice of foods of breakfast. Also, worn-out furniture in the room. Bad smell like sewage from the toilet. Probably in the past, one of best resorts in Railay area. But seems no proper maintenance provided.
The resort is let down by the amount of rubbish on the beach. Very sad that locals appear not to care about somewhere so beautiful. Let alone the danger to the wildlife with plastic and rubbish littered everywhere.
the position and the wild beach
my wife didn't like the bed and the cleanliness
location was brilliant. enjoyed breakfasts.
not many places to eat. poor bars
Got food poisoning. There is no doctor or nurse in hole resort bay when I called the reception they told me to go to krabi in the morning. One and only pharmacy was closed at 4 pm already. Breakfast buffet was disappointing only two types of fresh fruits?!? The list goes on and on.
Location and Privacy suites
Food was poor.
The location is great, right front on the beach and being surrounded by beautiful limestones. Room was comfortable enought and breakfast was ok.
Deluxe cottage was far from the swimming pool area and you have to walk behind rooms, which is not nice. Once you get used to it, it's nothing much.
The food is good as well as the breakfast. It is a good place to begin the trip if you want to do daytrips to islands nearby.
We asked for new towels and they brought them wet and dirty. One day it rained nonstop and they had nothing to entertain: the internet conection was very slow and the tv had only two channels in english and one of them didn't work all the time. Only a few people of the hotel staff speaks english including the restaurant staff. The tourist information staff didn't seem to be willing to help and we almost missed our flight because they wanted to schedule a pick up time too late, together with other guests.
Watching the sunset from the pools edge!
beautiful location, awesome view, great staff
no proper warning about the necessity of taking a boat, although its mentioned in the fine print. The taxi at the airport took us to a non-standard landing, had to slip and slide through the low-tide mud to get to the boat, and when getting on the boat almost suffered a serious accident.
Great location, railway has some beautiful beaches and a great view, providing you don't mind a bit of a steep climb and getting muddy. You can get there easily from Ao Nang by long tail boat for a 100THB pp. Good for appropriate who enjoy rock climbing.
Although we didn't eat there apart from lunch on arrival, I would say the menu is overpriced for what they are offering.
