Great hotel if you’re on a budget. The budget room is as expected for the price, if not a little better than I initially imagined. Right in the heart of everything touristy, you’re a short walk from the tramway, and within walking distance of basically everything worth seeing in the Sultanahmet area. Would recommend if you just need a clean, private place to sleep and rest in between exploring the city.

The staff were amazing, kind, polite, helpful. Went out of their way to help s d support us. The service, comfort level and cleanliness was superb. We had fresh linen towels, slippers, everything we needed. The food was great and the service excellent. Thank you.

Super cool location just 2 minutes away from cemberlitas tramway station, in walking distance to the main city attractions. Very kind and so polite, helpful staff. They serve very nice Turkish coffee in the lobby. I was surprised why I didn’t find this nice hotel before. The answer is - they opened just last year, rooms are absolutely clean and everything is brand new. It was so pleasant stay.

The staffs even went up and beyond to ensure our comfort and gave a free upgrade which was very much appreciated. Facilities were good, adequate tables and chairs for us to eat our takeaways, they also provide a lift to higher floors which was useful as we were travelling with elderly too. Location is nearby tram station, grocery shops, beauty shops, turkish delights, ice cream and so much more. I would consider staying at this place again the next time I am in Istanbul.
