Göcek is peaceful small seaside town with lots of yachts/bouts at marina and nice restaurants/shops/supermarkets But we stayed outside Göcek in a village close to Imlice public Beach which doesn’t have all those facilities but has authentic charm of Turkish countryside. Though there is an easy minibus travel 7-10 min to Göcek from the Bucak Apart Hotel It is better go rent a car to be able to move around in the heat season.OlenaUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10
A very scenic place and great for boat trips.
A very scenic place and great for boat trips. It could also be combined as part of a two centre stay with Dalyan or other nearby towns. It's the most expensive place I've been to in Turkey and you have to be careful when selecting a restaurant or you could end up paying London prices! The boat trips were good value though, and included a lovely meal. If you go to the Sunday market, be sure to haggle as they will try and rip you off. Gocek is a beautiful area mainly ideal for adults. Shame the local council don’t make the beaches available for everyone rather than the D resorts only especially early season when you can’t get to the island beach. We will definitely come back

Had a fantastic stay, the staff being a family run hotel were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the room was really spacious and comfortable. The view from our room was beautiful. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

Its a lovely place great for taking a boat trip to different beaches. Cheaper than paying to stay on the beach close by (see below). Its a port town so expect to see loads of yachts. Not great if you want to walk to beaches Only ones available to walk to are extremely expensive 2000TL per day for D Resort beach for example. (although its a lovely beach that gets crowded very soon and hotel guests have priority). Better to rent a car if you want to go to nice beaches around.Its a nice stay for a day or two 😊

The location was perfect, far enough away from any noise but only a few minutes stroll along the sea front to the centre of Gocek. We were given a nice little departing gift from the lovely staff. The hotel is a 9-min drive to Gocek marina, yet neatly located in a quiet location in the middle of palm trees. The staff is lovely and extremely helpful. They were all so nice and ready to help us with anything. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gocek.
