Old city location is great, walking distance to all the major attractions. Rooms and decoy very nice Staff very helpful
Everything but especially the delightful staff the high tea the costumes we could dress up in the location was so close to the sights and the lovely room and service
Not a thing
Service on arrival Disparity of rooms Noise of rooms during expected quiet times
Staff magang bernama Nur very good very helpful
Kamar anak tidak sesuai gambar booking yaitu 3 single bed ,connecting dan kamar saya sempit dan Sura staff not try for customer satisfaction pdhal hotel tidak crowded
Very centrally located. Good breakfast. Nice outdoor restaurant.
I like most the professional and kind cooperation of two staff, namely Elf Noor and Oyku. They were wounderful and kind to me and to my family members. If I will go again to the hotel, the reason number one will be to see those staff. Wish them and the hotel all best and success.
Some staff were not that good.
location is great (two steps away from blue mosche and saint sophia church), nice staff, good breakfast, nice room. globally it met our expectations
book through internet as they give higher price at the desk. we told them and openly suggested to book through internet first (which is fast). we paid 145 eur as opposed to 180 eur. rooms are quite small but no big deal as we were there to visit
The employees are impolite to their customers
Service need to be improved
Service with exception of Fatima at Guest Services
Great location, great facilities and the room and hotel design is beautiful. The rooms have been decorated in a very funky way, very spacious.
My flight came a bit early and I had requested an early check-in. When reaching the hotel the person at the desk told me that it will take around 30 minutes. After 1 hour I went back to the desk and there was another person there. I just asked him about the room and he started being very rude to me and told me I was told wrong and turned his left. I have never been insulted in this way. When later I went to complain - I was told by other staff that the said person was in a bad mood and they were sorry that he took out his anger on me. This is no way to treat guests. We come and pay for the service. If the room is not ready I could have been told this polititely but being rude to is just not acceptable. The rest of the staff was very nice but because of that one person , my stay was ruined to a certain extent.
The staff were very helpful and nice. The workers at the information desk were happy to help me, no matter how silly my questions were. They even answered me for the best baklava place in Turkey.
Location. Breakfast. Wifi
Bathroom is miror door without lock.
Staff very friendly, very helpful with recommendations for clubs, restaurants, etc. Very good spoken English. Found the design strange at first but fitting to the history and location. Glass toilet walls were an interesting surprise! Location perfect for quick access to all historic nearby monuments; it is less than 5 minutes' walk from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and metro station (metro goes directly to Taksim Square).
Breakfast could have been more varied.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Fatima and Elif, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was very clean. The location is the best as you are a very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.
The only down side was the housekeeping, they never leave soap and other toiletries on a regular basis, either they leave water or either the toiletries but never leave them both, so we had to ring the reception.
Perfect location, very close to everything in Old Town.
Very loudly at nights with Blue Mosque view. Till 3 a.m. music and meeting orators with microphone... Dirty carpet in room. Bathroom with wall from glass, but jalousie is broken...
Excellent location to visit the old town, you can easely walk to both bazar Very clean and confortable rooms
the staff are extremely friendly, helpful. Fatma, Asmar and all the staff at the restaurant esp the girls at the breakfast buffet. Pleasant faces with smiles, always ready to run and help esp with kids. My Son is a very choosy eater and everyone was so understanding and did alot for him! Best part of the stay was that they have Breakfast - Snacks and Tea time.. all on the house! Plus great welcome chocolates in the lobby :) i can go on about my time but you have to stay there to experience it. I went to Istanbul for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with all the hospitality!
nothing.. I would very ungrateful if i had something to say here :p
I really like the inner structures of the hotel and the services rendered me. Though I was there on a business trip the location of the hotel helped me to enjoy tourist sites.
Lack of enough space outside and a parking space.
The layout was cramped and decor a bit kitch. I quess it is a matter of taste for each patron
Location Interior Design Helpsul Staff
Close to the old city attractions
Poor service rarely was the room cleaned. Lost laundry. Extra charges. Dark room. Faulty lighting.
Room cleaning was either too early or not show up. Someone walked on me in bed without knocking on the door. Ask for someone to fix the tv 3 times and every time they say they will send someone and never did. I ended up watching the game on my computer. Bottom line I will never go back there.
Great location. Well-designed room and hotel interior. Good breakfast.
If you stay in the rooms on garden side you may have mosquitos in your room. Unfortunately hotel staff cannot offer any help with this issue. So keep doors closed or you will have a sleepless night.
1. The location was perfect - in the heart of old city, just few minutes walk from Blue Mosque, Agia Sofia, Grand Bazaar.... 2. There are also a lot of small cafes and restaurants nearby, so it is not a problem to find something to eat. 3. Most of the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful....special thanks to Guest relation managers - they were very helpful (booking restaurants, tours, etc). It was my brother-in-laws birthday and the hotel (guest relation manager) presented a small cake and a plate of fruits - it was very nice and touching! 4.Breakfast was nice - variety of food, sweets, fruits..... And also a free tea/coffee with some cookies in the afternoon at the lobby - that was nice. 5. There are computers in the lobby (if you dont have a laptop) with a printer - its easy to print the boarding passes. 6. Nice sitting area in the lobby.
1. I have booked double rooms (with a king size bed) - we were given twin rooms at the check-in......we have asked to change to double rooms. We have got double rooms instead (with 1 bed , instead of 2) , but the rooms were much smaller, than the twins.........it looks like in almost all rooms there are 2 beds, double beds are more of an exception (that was my impression). 2. Half of the hangers in the room were broken. The safe was in very inconvenient place - in the low shelve. 3. The location is brilliant if you are planning a sighteseeing tour.....but if it is more about night life (bars, restaurants) or clothes/shoes shopping - then it is not the best area to stay....No night entertainments in old city, you will need to take a taxi or tram to the other part of the city.
