Nice place, nice atmosphere, staff very helpful and very accessible to beach and other activities. Enjoyed the snorkeling organized by the manager of Babaloa and good places to eat around the area.

The food is delicious, snd the flexible breakfast hours are a feature that should be everywhere. Come to think of it, most of the way this place is run should be adapted by other hotels.

This is probably the best place we have ever stayed at. The hosts are very friendly and readily available if needed. The room came with a great breakfast selection. It’s a short walk to the beach. They gave us guidelines on how much we should pay for taxi and restaurants where we could eat, and a party map. Oh, they even gave me complimentary beers. 😍

Nice decor and delicious breakfast with no end time, a lot of games, books, and lounge space in the common areas as well. We encountered a rare heavy storm on the day of arrival, which caused issues in our original room, but Max and Elena switched us right away to another room and offered a refund, and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable while we were here. They also gave good recommendations for food and activities nearby. Location is super close to the beach, restaurants, and ATM. Shower was nice and they provided bathrobes.

Location was great. Seated behind one of the top hotels on the beach, there was easy access to both beaches with a 5 min walk. ATM was almost across the street. Included breakfast each morning came with a large fruit bowl and rotating mains each morning. Air conditioning was excellent for the hot and humid area. Yahya was the guy in the hotel that offered to arrange transportation and tours. He was an excellent organizer and offered good value for transfers to/from the airport local tours and was all around very easy to work with, answering Whatsapp messages when he wasn't at the desk. A refillable glass water bottle was supplied where the kitchen would freely refill whenever you needed it helped cut down plastic waste. Friendly pet dog and cat roaming the pool and dining area were nice to play with.
