Location was great, large room with separate living room. No sketchy bugs, decently clean, we talked about changing our next trip so we could stay there again. We were really pleased.

The location was great. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
We loved our stay at the Wright Stuff. There's so much to do; the beach, but also the Wright Memorial, the Teaching Gardens, Nags Head Wood Preserve, the wild horses, Manteo and Wanchese all very close by. We paddle boarded in the Sound and took a dolphin tour that was worth every penny. Couldn't believe how many dolphins were playing by our boat. Good golf courses nearby too. But the condo was so fun to stay at and was well supplied with everything to make vacationing fun and relaxing at the same time.

The beach was great.
The beach was great. Several great restaurants nearby but nothing within realistic walking distance from our place. Our accommodations were great for the price. We made our trip fun and memorable so overall it was grand!!

They don’t have an elevator in first building, had to carry luggage & other stuff up staircase! It was very hard for senior. Even mentioned it to staff was nasty response to us! Didn’t offer any help! Also in complex they only had 1 ice machine on first floor

The Outer Banks of NC is a must see.
The Outer Banks of NC is a must see. We did it all in the time frame we had and the weather that didn't always cooperate. The Sand Dunes at Jockey State Park, The Wright Brothers Memorial, Jeanette's Pier, Pea Island, The Graveyard Memorial, The Elizabethan Gardens, and the Wild Horses Tour in the Hummer was all so exciting and amazing!! The restaurants we are at were just ok or not ok.....Sam Omies and The Crab House.

First time in OBX, loved it.
First time in OBX, loved it. We stayed here since it was pretty central to go both directions up and down the coast easily. There is plenty to do, weather pending. We came in shoulder season so it was quiet and a little chilly. I hear it gets incredibly busy in the summer. Beautiful part of the coast and will come again.

This hotel is beach front and although it was foggy and rainy, we could still see the ocean.
We liked the fact that there as a little cafe run by Dave who made us up a shrimp and salad supper so we didn’t have to navigate in the fog!
Most of all, the staff at the hotel are great and super helpful. We had a problem with payment which has been sorted out by the Manager, Lynnsey.

Great Place, we only stayed a night since we were driving along the Outer Banks, comfy bed, the lady at the reception super friendly, large parking lot, breakfast good, the upper floors were a price class higher so we only where in 2nd floor ==> you can get a glimpse of the ocean behind the embankment and you can definitely hear the calming waves on the beach!
Even during off-season there was a really good dining in close proximity (Kill devil grill)
We liked everything about OuterI Banks. 🥰
Problem with booking- I worked through Outer Banks about the dates of our stay. They only book Saturday to Saturday. ( July 10th - July 17th) When I booked through you, it was Sunday to Sunday.( July 11th- July 18th) I tried several times to get your dates to match their dates.
Please check in the future with the hotel/resort to make your dates match their dates.😪
The location couldn't have been better. Kill Devil Hills is the best town to stay in while visiting the OBX, and the location of this condo couldn't be beat. Next to the Wright Memorial, the Teaching Gardens, the beach, and all of the great restaurants and shops (even ice cream shops), as well as close to Manteo and Wanchese. The pool with the lazy river and hot tub were added bonuses.
Excellent location. Wish the rooms had balconies, but the hotel had several outdoor seating areas so that helped. The cost is very high which is challenging, but it's comparable to others in the area. Love the access area to the beach. Would have been a bonus to have drinks served in the deck area next to the pool. Nice large eating area for breakfast which was great!
Great location, right on the beach. Good brewery and dining close by. Room was large and they cleaned it every day. You don’t get that anywhere anymore. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel, better than the last Embassy Suites I stayed at. Rent a Jeep and go driving on the beach. You won’t regret it.
This is a hotel on the beach on the Outer Banks and is beautifully situated!
The staff are great. There is a little cafe/resto in the lobby of the hotel where Dave presides and cooks and provides guests something to eat in the case of fog and rain, as we experienced.
I've stayed at the hotel a year ago and was already very happy about my stay. But what really makes me happy is that they changed the few negative things i mentioned in my last review. That shows how much they care about their guests opinion! ☺️
The setting was excellent and the staff were very attentive and helped us when we experienced a problem with the room. The beach was very clean as was the hotel. we ate in the restuarant which was good with lovely staff
It was a older style motel but was clean and staff was very nice great location nice pool on the beach had a great time was my family’s 1st time going to the outer banks we will definitely be going back
Breakfast was very good. Coffee was good but not as hot as we'd like. Bed was comfortable. It was windy and raining so we weren't able to use our balcony.(Not the hotels falt) Overall it was enjoyable.
It’s right on the beach, well maintained (they were painting the entire exterior to make it look pretty) and has everything you need. Our room looked newly renovated and was very clean!
The hotel is right in the middle of kitty hawk. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It’s not far from the beach. 10 minute drive to the Avalon pier.
Rooms were clean and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is right on the beach and beach access is great. The restaurant there has great food and service.
