The room and breakfast area were super clean. There were employees wiping surfaces in the breakfast area immediately after guests went through the area. The employees were very nice.

Amazing. Love it. We’ve been before, and will return again.
Amazing. Love it. We’ve been before, and will return again. This time, we stayed at the Voyager Inn, it was okay but not great. Next time, we’ll camp at Straits State Park like we did the first time. We’ve taken Shepler’s Ferry to Mackinac Island both times, and it was great. If you’re bringing your own bikes, it’s cheaper to pay for them to ride the ferry with you than to rent bikes on the island.

Interesting city, lots of history. we find it’s a good place to stay as between the Upper peninsular & Lower Michigan thereby visiting both cities of Mackinaw City & St Ignace and their offerings. Clydes is a great old school hamburger drive in restaurant & across the street is the Truck Stop restaurant with great breakfasts.

You already should have a record all of the communication…it was considerable, with a complete lack of understanding, or sympathy, buck-passing. I admitted I somehow made the error…I started the process IMMEDIATELY….I explained, I implored them, I was willing to pay a penalty, and last, but not least, I will try not to stay at a Quality Inn again. I hope your company never makes simple mistakes…it was in USD, to boot…

We loved Joses cantina for Mexican food - it was busy on a Friday night, but the food was great and had live music. As always the shoreline drive is a sight to see, walking on the beach and exploring the Tahquamenon Falls is great for a drive.

This town used to have a lot more to offer 35 years ago.
This town used to have a lot more to offer 35 years ago. Former governor deeply hurt the state years ago and the tourism and a lot of people were forced to leave the state to look for work. The present Governor is continuing to destroy the state and the tourism industry. There's a lot of former great shops and tourists attractions in this town that have closed up over the years. St ignace has the better motels and Mackinaw city has better shops and attractions.

The prices seemed much better in St.
The prices seemed much better in St. Ignace than they were south of the bridge in Mackinaw City. Breakers was a steal for the price and the staff service was excellent. Please note that if you struggle with stairs, this resort will be challenging for you. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.
Located just northeast of Mackinac bridge with easy access to St Ignace. Room was clean as well as bathroom. Pool area large, clean and comfortable. Pool was warm, hot tub was perfect. Pet friendly was a definite bonus, although $35 additional a night was a little steep on a already pricey room for the type of facility. Breakfast was easy but subpar. Basic bagel, yogurt and cereal. Hard boiled eggs and a small assortment of pastry would have made this much better. Overall would definitely stay again
It's a very convenient location, and the staff over the years has been friendly. The motel is older, but the room was comfy and clean. The AC worked well, and there was a refrigerator and microwave. It may seem a bit expensive for what it is, but lodging prices in Saint Ignace are about $30 more expensive than anywhere I recently stayed crossing the country, and it is in line with the local St Ignace lodging market.
The room was probably the cleanest hotel/motel room I've ever stayed in! If you are looking for all the bells and whistles, move on. But if you want a clean room, comfortable bed, microwave, fridge, TV, wifi and stocked bathroom that is spotless, all at a very reasonable price this is your gem. I almost hate making this review because the next time I want to book, it may not be available
Check in was quick and easy - staff was very friendly. Room we stayed in was huge. Room and bathroom was updated and very clean. The breakfast spread had a huge selection and was amazing! The pool and hot tub inside was also very clean. Hotel felt safe even with the doors to the rooms being outside (I am very hesitant typically to stay at places with this layout.)
Excellent stay with clean room/pool, very friendly and helpful staff, and a great location. Also had a good continental breakfast with lots of options. I read tons of area hotel reviews and this one had the best and definitely lives up to what others said. We will definitely stay again if we need a hotel in the area.
The breakfast was a good variety of foods for a nice light meal to start your day. The location of the hotel is very central to activities in the area. The best thing and the reason I like to stay there is the friendly staff who always greet you with a smile and a genuine interest in making your stay comfortable!
I booked a king suite with a jacuzzi tub and got to walk straight out onto the grass up to Lake Huron's lakefront!! The hotel also hosted a communal campfire and smores and I spent some time chatting with others from out of town and enjoying the evening. Will definitely stay again!
Cute "old-school" hotel. The campfire was a nice touch for people who want to use it. There are multiple buildings for rooms, some are newer than others.
